1 star because the store is huge and has a really great selection of sports wear.
1 pity star for crappy service. I was helping my girlfriend and I was having trouble looking for a certain size for about 3 minutes as 4 unoccupied staff members continued to do nothing. Two of them were just standing around talking. One of them was sitting down. The other one was staring blankly at the wall. Great service.
Also, when she was trying on different clothes, nobody was attending to her. This is just basic customer service…
If you come here, don’t expect the staff to be useful.

I’m writing this review about the customer service I received from cashier Angela, as I was exchanging sneakers at this location on 01÷02÷13.
I came up to the counter and said that I need to exchange pair of sneakers I received on Christmas. I already had sneakers in my hands since another employee helped me with that. (Male employee helped me with the size) so I gave Angela receipt, and you could right away see that she had an attitude. She started having a conversation with him, and discussing in front of me who the sale should go to since she helped my bf woth the pair of sneakers i didnt want anymore. She didn’t say «hi», she didn’t say «how are you” — just took my receipt and few seconds later asked me for my ID. I gave her that and she proceed. When she was giving me my ID back she didn’t give it to me to my hand, she put it on the counter. Ok. Fine. Then she asked for the credit card and showed me the receipt with last 4 digits of the card on it. I was holding the receipt and explaining something to my bf when she basically grabbed the receipt from my hand. Rude! All this time she is giving me stink eye. At the end she didn’t say anything. Have me back the new receipt– she didn’t say bye, thank you or anything else.
The only thing that was positive, was the guy that said hi and bye next to the door.
Poor customer service over all.
Never again.
