Nice woman at the front desk but the rest of it is throughly eh. The customer service folks seemed put out to answer a few questions about a $ 1000 vanity I needed to buy asap. Perhaps if I were spending 10x that they would have been more interested.

Superb customer service! We worked with Lauren and she knows her stuff… she was able to discuss quality products in our price range and find the right fit quickly. She accommodated us when we showed up at the wrong time accidentally. Everything arrived on our job site promptly with all necessary components.
I had no idea they would be such an asset to our project but they were! Put them on your go-​to list!

Beautiful store, nested in a busy section of Soho. The store is very well appointed and peaceful. The staff is attentive and extremely helpful, but never come on too strong. Have made several purchases here and have been 100% satisfied in every way.
Many thanks to Carrie for her help in selecting fixtures to renovate my bathroom. She knows her products and is very genuine and helpful.
