My wife an I have each bought several pairs of glasses from EuroOptika, including distance, reading and sun protection. Their selection is wide and varied with respect to style, comfort and individual needs. The staff is friendly, knowlegeable, and has excellent taste. They have a knack for suggesting frames which suit one’s individual facial characteristics to a tee. We remain happy with our purchase, long after it was made. Finally, EuroOptika stands behind its
its work. If there’s a problem, they make it theirs and fix it satisfactorily and amicably. All of these comments are based on actual, personal experience. We would not shop for glasses anywhere else.

I read a lot of reviews on Unilocal,and people can have very different experiences in the same place. But I found this team to be top notch.
Eyeglass purchases can be a really tricky thing, because you’re dealing with both form and function. They may do the job well, but look really bad on you. Though EuroOptika is admittedly on the high end of the price scale, you’ll get the kind of service you deserve for the money. Igor’s team took a lot of time to make certain my frames were appropriate for me.
When I came back with a problem (The frames were initially not fitting correctly), Igor made the proper adjustments that resolved the problem. He did this with great courtesy and professionalism, and didn’t rush the process.

I have visited this store several times. It is always the best selection of eyewear and I love the store. The sales people are always nice and polite. They really know their product as well as what looks best. I always leave with new frames and get compliments on them wherever I go. Highly recommend this place:)

I’ve been looking for a nice pair of glasses for a while, nothing seemed to fit (not even online) until I came across with EuroOptika. As soon as I walked in, the sales associate did a great job assisting with what I was looking for, and was patient enough to find a perfect fit for a great price. I have been a client of EuroOptika for almost a decade. I have frequented many of the city’s finest and most prestigious «Optical /​Opticians». Not one comes close to the care, attention, knowledge and quality of work provided by the team at EuroOptika. The follow up is second to none and the designs provided. They speak for themselves. Suffice it to say, I am a huge fan.

Great place. I got a good deal on my new pair of Sunglasses. Few weeks later I managed to damage them. I came back and the guys in the store adjusted them for me again no charge. I very happy with the service!

I needed to get a pair of sunglasses for myself. My husband needed to get his prescription filled and get a nice frame. The place had a great selection of eyewear. The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave us a very good discount since we got 2 pairs. The quality of the lenses that my husband got was excellent. He has a very high prescription, the lenses came out as thin as I’ve ever seen them. We were very pleased with the service. Definitely coming back there again for our next pair :)

I wish I could give this unethical business negative 10 stars!!! This is the worst unscrupulous business establishment and the WORST customer service EVER. I brought in many pairs of sunglasses that needed crystal replacements and I paid $ 340.00 for that service and they were promised to be back in 2 weeks. I brought them in on June 27^th and today is August 6^th and I have 9 pairs back with only 2 repaired and from the 9 the 7 were never done and I am waiting to get back 3 more pairs that I have been informed that will come back to me not repaired as well. This Igor is a scammer and this business fraudulent. He won’t give me my money back because his reasoning was that he sent them to the lab numerous times and the lab can’t get the crystals to stick so too bad to me. He said he «tried» but I paid him $ and I have no repaired sunglasses. I have reported him and his business to the Better Business Bureau — Thank you for submitting your complaint to us.

He stole my money and he refused to give me my money back for services NOT RENDERED!!!

They helped me select a pair of frames that are far better for me than what I was previously wearing. the prices are expensive. However, I believe that it is completely worth it. I get endless compliments on my new look. I highly recommend! you get what you pay for.

Like any other 5 star venue, delivered as promised, price that I like, service that is courteous and prompt. Anything less? I would not even bothered to write a review.
And of course I’ll come back.

I Wish I could put zero stars. Incredibly lazy staff with no responsibility or accountability. When my contacts that were promised in two days, did not show up for over a week, you would think the sales staff would follow up? No, not until I went in there and found the order myself did they think to call Acuve. And you would think they would be a little apologetic and sincere when they come in 2 weeks later and you are incredibly inconvenienced, but no. They claim that «we are all human» and «they have so many customers that many slip through the cracks». Okay go sleep off your hangover and give me a call when you want to learn about customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Amazing Glasses and Service!
So I was walking and window shopping when I passes by Eurooptika. I walked in into a small store with amazing collection of eyeglasses. For a small store they have a very large selection of all kinds of eyeglass brands that I have not seen before. Every pair of glasses is so unique and different. The staff was so friendly and helpful even thought I told them «I’m not buying». But after felling like a kid in a candy store I had to get my self a pair of glasses. So thank you eurooptika I get stopped on the street and complimented on my eyeglasses.
