Estee Lauder Bloomingdales

i hate wearing makeup but I also hate not wearing makeup so it’s just really complicated…
Estée Lauder at Bloomingdales is great! Lots of stuff to choose from… but the staff isn’t that helpfully… Tries to pressure different types of product into your face… I however like their layout on products and the wide range of options…
My mom have used Estee Launder for the past 20 years… i enjoy their cream, face mask, and lip gloss! a lot of people i know uses their products and says they give them no wrinkles on their face… its the makeup/​cream that supposedly have no after effects… but it does Keeps skin smooth!

I came here to buy my mother a gift for her birthday. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted. Since I came during my lunch break from work, I expected to get in, pay, and get out. The SA kept trying to push products on me which I did NOT appreciate. I felt like a huge $ sign.

This review is really for the Estee Lauder cosmetic counter at Bloomingdale’s on 59 and Lex. I went there about three months ago with a girlfriend of mine to get a makeup consultation in preparation for my wedding, and met with Dita. She was friendly and outgoing, as many department store make up artists are, but what set her apart from the others was her sincere desire to make you look your absolute best, with no strings attached. We went back again yesterday with my maid of honor who has gorgeous blue-​green eyes. What Dita did to with her eye make up was nothing short of amazing. My MOH is a gorgeous girl, but Dita knew the correct colors and techniques to use to make those eyes POP. Dita had no problem with us taking pictures and writing down step-​by-​step instructions on how to achieve a certain desired look. I also really appreciated the fact that she did not try to push us to purchase any of the products she used on us. I’ve been to other make up counters where they try to guilt you into buying a gift set or a $ 30 lip gloss, and there was absolutely none of that with Dita.
She is a master at blending and using the right colors for your complexion. I am confident that she can transform anyone, whether it’s for a wedding, a night out on the town, or just an everyday pick-​me-​up. Thank you Dita!
