Got a short term apartment. The rest of the companies were charging huge fees, and these guys didn’t, so it made the choice a little easier. I really liked the place. No complaints. Easy transaction. On top of that, the location was really cool and the apartment was really cool. Comfy bed etc.

Ok, so, my brother got sick and me and my mom needed to be in the city so we could be closer to him. He had to have a big surgery and then needed some time to heal before he would be able to get on an airplane.

All the hotels in the city were ridiculously expensive. Somehow I found this short term apartment on Craigslist and booked it from out of town. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be perfect. We stayed at the building on 10^th Ave for the entire month and also had enough room for my day and other brother to stay with us.

I would recommend this company to others. They were accommodating and understood the situation we were in.

They seemed to be pretty lenient with having an out of state guarantor. I just got my first job in the city, so there is no way I was making 40 times the rent. I got approved with my dad’s help the same day and moved in two days after that. I was promised the apartment would be scrubbed down when I moved in, since the people who moved out were filthy. The cleaning lady was there bleaching the place thoroughly when I brought my first load of stuff from my last apartment. — she was cool and made sure I was happy with everything before she left. It’s been two weeks now and everything seems good with the apartment.
