For my son’s wedding everything went wrong with the flowers every step of the way! Everyone we dealt with at Emily Thompson was rude and unprofessional. They were unable or unwilling to give us what they promised and didn’t feel bad about it. They just kept adding charges to the contract. Three days before the wedding they suggested we find a different florist.

Used them for my wedding. Atrocious to work with. Kept doing the opposite of what I asked for (e.g. I said I definitely want NO berries and when I saw a sample, which they charged us an outrageous price for btw, it was full of mostly berries; I asked for a hair piece of tiny white flowers and I got a crown of giant dark purple and pink flowers.). They wanted a huge deposit before even meeting with us. It was like they weren’t even listening.

This is a review of their shop which is a thing of beauty and worth a visit to simply get inspired. The florist there was friendly and helpful.
A unique and well curated selection of gifts. And the flowers are stunning. I’ll be purchasing an arrangement for my next special occasion.

Absolute atrocious business, my husband ordered flowers last year for our anniversary and the flowers arrived at 6:45pm at my office AFTER I left. He gave them another chance to do this right and ordered flowers again for Valentine’s Day. They screwed this up again because I just left the office and the flowers still didn’t show up. I called to complain and they hung up on me mid sentence, no offering to compliment the flowers, no offering to deliver the flowers to my home. Terrible business that ruins special days for people. Never again.
