While, I’ve always been a fan of DD’s. i can’t always say that their service was great or the food /coffee was the best. But today was, OMG the best! my coffee was very fresh. My bagel with cream cheese was very soft(mind you it has been toasted) and I was provided service quick with a smile.

Very nicely renovated and comfortable Baskin Robbins. It’s also perfectly convenient for FIT students and perfect place to hang out and study considering they have free wifi!

I’ve been here multiple times, and I haven’t had a bad experience yet! The only reason they don’t get a 5 stars from me is because this time the service wasn’t all that great. The place is clean and the owner is very sweet attentive & honest. Friendly staff! The staff was super-friendly and patient, but slow at times. The last time I came here, I tried the vanilla/chocolate ice cream, and I would do it again. All filling and affordable… definitely awakens you to flavors never had before. PROS: Delicious and creative flavors, SUPER nice workers. CONS: slow service!

Scoopfest 2014: joint was slammed but staff efficiently dished out my scoop on a cone and send me on my way. Shoutout to Sarah B for the impeccable taste in ‘ice cream’.

Can be a bit crowded dealing with the morning rush traffic — staff there moves pretty quickly, and not much they can do about some of the obnoxious customers, including students, they have to deal with. Other than main«rush hour» times pretty fast turnaround in and out …

My latte was $ 1.20 cheaper at the Dunkin a few blocks away(28th and Madison) and they got my order wrong at this one and I had to go back to have them use the correct flavor in my latte. No reason to go back when there are so many coffee places in the area.

Horrible service! Came in and was greeted with were closing in 15 minutes. Then the guy didn’t know what I was ordering and last they kept on flickering the light so everyone would leave. Never coming here again

The Philadelphia metro area has plenty of Dunkin’ Donuts — but NO Baskin Robbins! I know, I can’t believe it either.(The closest one is in Wynnewood.) When I travel to New York, I make it a point to try to get my favorite ice cream(everrr), Baskin Robbins’ mint chocolate chip. I was in a hurry this trip so instead of my usual regular-sized cup, I opted for a small mint chocolate chip milkshake. The staff was really friendly and told me I was definitely not at the right Megabus stop(note to self: actually read my ticket itinerary next time, gah) but told me where I could find it. Baskin Robbins was the highlight of this trip.

Lines are almost out the door in the mornings, the staff is rude and slow, and the manager is usually on her phone texting instead of helping the staff. Frustrating experience, and it’s unfortunate because I love me some DD coffee.

Breakfast was cheap and good… till I found not one but two hairs in my food. They were blond hairs; couldn’t have been the girls working the register because they all had dark hair. Bathrooms were disgusting. Visit another location!

I’ve been getting a lot of crap from some heavy Unilocalers about Unilocaling a place that is a chain, but the cream rises to the top is this place is the best. My review is only on the BR side of the place. I don’t drink coffee, and I’m not overly into donuts, but I love the people who work here and the deals they have that other BR’s don’t have. Right now they have B1G1 Sundaes on Tuesdays, which is a deal, and also on Wednesdays they have started $ 1 for a scoop. This BR has seating for at least 25, and a bathroom. I’m hosting a Sundae Social here in January with my dessert group. I stopped in yesterday for my usual 31 below, this resembles the McFlurry, soft serve ice cream with toppings mixed in. I still yearn for the old Blizzard from Dairy Queen, but we don’t have those here. To my surprise they had gotten in my holiday favorite, «peppermint ice cream». I am a junky for peppermint and egg nog flavored things in the winter, it did not disappoint. They also have another flavor which is really good«apple pie a la mode». Although I’m a chocoholic I can appreciate non chocolate desserts. These 2 flavors are not regular items, so get em while you can.
