Hormis le fait que j’adore cette chaine, le service était vraiment moyen, je demande poliment un tea sans glacé, on me l’apporte avec de la glacé et quand je le dis, j’ai le droit à des reflexions, pas du tout professionnel!

This is a very small Dunkin. It has a couple of stools, but really just get your coffee and get out.
The coffee however, here is very good. They must clean everything often. I’ve been to a few that were kinda bleh.
The help here is usually very nice, and it’s not the busiest location.

Staff is not trained in engagement at ALL!!!
blank stares and «what do you want? .» is the norm here. .
They don’t ask if you want your coffee.. a cup is just handed to the coffee maker???
So everyone wants black coffee of its before 6am?..
Foolishness. .
But they are open…
