Very Small place but neat, gets a little cramped in peak time. Tried the egg and cheese croissant which was very delicious and fresh. And to add it medium dunkaccino is a good combination of you like your coffee with chocolate hints.

yes, this location is very tiny. but, so are many other DDs in the city — welcome to NYC. i’ve been coming to this location almost everyday — twice a day — for just about four years now, and i have never had a bad experience or left unsatisfied. yes, the line can be long in the mornings: but so is literally every other line at any other breakfast place in the area in the morning. the ladies here — along with the kind gentleman — are very polite and work quickly to fill the orders as they come through. the workers remember faces and maintain amazing relations with the customers. like i’ve said, never had a bad experience.

This location in particular just makes me stressful. I came in to an empty shop and walked out with a cup of coffee 8 minutes later. I think I can fresh brew a cup for less time. The employee with a name tag«k» was slow and didn’t seem to care to work the manager on shift was speedy. The manager took my order while k there just stood there looking at my cup with disgust as if she didn’t want to make it. Not to mention when I walked in k didn’t even bother to take my order even though I knew what I wanted. When I asked if she can take my order she just stepped away from me. Why? I wouldn’t give this place any stars but go to the other location a couple blocks down. Service is wayyy better with student discounts if you attend baruch

Agree with a few of the other reviews here… –it is extremely cramped with literally only room for 3 – 4 people inside. –The workers are seriously lacking in customer service and it irks me how my orders are more wrong than right. — their cash register screen is broken, they don’t tell you the total and they just charge you — hence the overcharging. This has happened to me more than once There is a much better Dunkin/Baskin 2 blocks away, 26th and 3rd av. I’ll be making my way there from now on.

Below average Dunkin Donuts. Tiny, so teeny that it is literally a hole in the wall. It’s strictly for carry out orders with no place to consume on site. That’s fine, just wish they had a little more space inside because I’d imagine even with its current space the morning coffee rush probably sees a crowded mob. Some slight difficulty in understanding my order so just make sure you keep an eye out on your order being prepared and check it on the way out. Iced coffee seemed oddly translucent in color which to me just means it was probably mostly water.

Your standard Dunkin’ Donuts, in a VERY tiny size. I think there was a language comprehension concern with me & the guy behind the counter but he was friendly enough to me so if you’re just looking for a quick snack before heading to the subway station, you could do worse. I’ve seen nicer locations with better facilities in the back but it’s tolerable.

This is literally the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. I went there at approximately 9:30pm on May 14th, 2015 with my friends. I ordered a medium ice latte with little ice and extra caramel. After asking for him to poor out more ice after he placed it into the cup. He threw it all away and told me I don’t need coffee and he refused to service me. Like literally, I was smiling because I thought he was joking but he was dead serious. I left and went to the Starbucks down the street. Never go here. If I could give them 0 Stars I would…

Slow service but they rush you like they want you out. I ordered a tea but it tasted so runned down with water that only a mellow yellow color is visible. Try going to another dd in the distance or go to another place.

Genuinely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to. It’s about the size of a shoebox, but that shouldn’t be a problem. — They literally never have napkins. Ever — Straws, if they have them, are a bonus — I have a pretty simple coffee order, yet they’ve never gotten it right yet after five tries. Usually you’ll get back a soaking wet and dripping cup of coffee, which makes the napkin problem above even more problematic. — I’ve gotten donuts three times from them, they have usually been stale and had tons of paper stuck to them — Staff is randomly rude and decides to claim they are closed when you try to pay with anything other than cash I’m a big loyal fan of Dunkin’ Donuts but this place is a dumpster fire.

It’s a standard run of the mill Dunkin’ Donuts. Lines can get pretty long in the morning, but the staff has reached an optimal way of getting customers in and out of the door fairly quickly. I never have to wait too long. There are no seats, but its a place for you to grab your food and go anyways. Personally, I’ve always been okay with what I got here, and never any real complaints. Though I must admit, Joanna’s comment down there makes me laugh a little. I thought everyone knew that coffee will always get you stomach pains anyways.

This place ridicules small and with a very bad service. I order a caramel latte, but they give me a regular coffee. After I told them, the Indian women still dont get what I said. And ask me how do I want the coffee. Omg. It’s the worst dunkin’ Donuts I ever had!!!

Don’t go here, not unless you want diarrhea! True story, I experienced stomach pains after drinking Dunkin Donuts Iced Latte in the morning! Beware!

The location is ridiculously small. This doesn’t bother me that much, but they don’t have many of the newer items such as flatbreads. Service in the mornings is fine, the line is often out the door but moves quickly. The afternoon shift is another story though. Service is beyond horrible. The small indian guy gets on my last nerve. Can never understand directions and they are always cleaning the latte machine then for some reason. I stopped going there in the afternoons and either find a different Dunkin or go to Starbucks.

Not a fan of this location. It’s ridiculously small, and my eggwich and caramel latte were both pretty bad, compared to other DDs. They were out of napkins, so rather than handing me two from the stash, the guy insisted on refilling the entire dispenser, then allowing me to take my own. Huh?
