Just a neighborhood Dunkin. Larger than most. They never put up holiday decorations like the other dunkins :/

Really nice staff, I come in here during the week and the young staff are very helpful. Beyond that pretty average DD. They accept the DD perks which is great.

Horrible. Gave me a burnt sandwich. Took the wrong order. Coffee tastes a little weird. The place looks nice, but that’s nothing without people who can actually take an order.

Perfectly meets my expectations of a Dunkin’ Donuts. In one of the other reviews, someone complained about their bagel. If you’re ordering a «bagel» in a Dunkin’ Donuts in New York City, you’re the problem. I shouldn’t have to tell you this.

So I stopped by this dunkin donuts for the first time with my boyfriend one evening and ordered a bagel and a coffee and we sat at the window stools… I would have preferred to sit in one of the comfy looking chairs but they were all taken by chair hijackers who weren’t drinking coffee or eating at all and just lounging around like it was their living room. So anyway we sit to eat and I bite into this bagel which had the consistency of a rock and actually chipped my front tooth on it :(very upsetting to say the least but what made it worse was that the whole time this patron was playing really loud Bollywood type music and just would not lower it… the staff did absolutely nothing about it. When the dude finally gets up, he goes behind the counter… Apparently he’s one of the workers. I’m like come on seriously… loud obnoxious music played by staff members, no where comfortable to sit because of loafers, and rock hard bagels just don’t make a great first impression.

It was like they hired a whole restaurant of interns. Service was very bad. Coffee had a strange taste of chocolate.

brand new Double D’s! not those… this is a relatively new Dunkin Donuts. maybe a few months old at most, replaces a DVD/CD/Vinyl shop on Coopers Sq. this is a standard DD décor. bright colors, blinding bright lights, and standard layout. though this is NOT a tiny NYC Dunkin Donuts with the standard small counter, two seats, and an ambience that screams GETOUT. there are about 8 – 10 seats – to park yourself and camp out with a laptop or have a midday coffee break with a coworker. so yeah free WIFI – bonus points. however this might become a double-edged sword as freeloaders camp out for the internet connection… so yeah. all the Dunkin Donut drinks you can want are here – from the Coolatas to Ciders to Iced Tea to standard coffee. they tend to have a heavy hand if you asked for anything with sugar because i think they pump that liquified sugar gel when you do… best to add your own sucre and not fall into a sugar-induced coma. of course, they have all those wrap, sandwich, etc. hot foods that are made by microwave or toaster oven. where this DD location is lacking is Donut selection. no crullers, bear claws, unglazed, chocolate cake doughnuts, etc. pretty much it’s a selection of munchkins, glazed, sprinkled, jelly, bowties, etc. either i have come there on multiple days where their«fried dough» was ransacked by voracious doughnut pirates OR they err on the side on not having the true varieties that one comes to expect from DD. OR perhaps people haven’t been ordering/eating those missing doughnuts. hmmmm. case of the missing doughnuts? a case i hope they solve with at least making CRULLERS! didn’t even see bagels here, but maybe that’s a good thing. bc if you’re in nyc, you shouldn’t be ordering bagels from Dunkin Donuts when there are better choices within a one block radius. i’ve noticed more and more DD are serving Coke Cola products as this one was via bottles. so they do have the standard carbonated caffeinated beverages for those not partaking of coffee or tea. place is super clean, unclear if it will remain that way IF folks camp out for wifi as that tends to dirty places up pretty quick. the staff seems very newish/inexperienced. it takes 4 – 5 minutes for them to complete simple transactions like an Iced Tea: order, make, serve, and take payment. it is a bit frustrating but perhaps the learning curve will start to take and there won’t be lines of people just ordering single coffees or doughnuts and having to wait. my tip for this DD and every other is DOWNLOAD the Dunkin’ Donuts Rewards app and put money on it. you get all kinds of free stuff and perks from paying and accumulating points with the app as opposed to paying with cash or charging. like… buy one get one free; $.99 coffee; free doughnuts; etc. there are constantly different promotions. don’t miss out! taking 1 star off for lack of doughnut variety and the another one off for slow service. WARNING: i don’t think there is a bathroom at this Dunkin’ Donuts like others in the city. you’ll have to POOP elsewhere, so drink your coffee responsibly or you’ll find yourself doing the OMG Toilet Run/Dance around the east village… you were warned.
