(Would give 0 stars if possible) 9⁄10 times they get my order wrong even though I came many times and the same people took my order. Garbage.

When I think of DD I long for a bowtie and an amazing breakfast sandwich. This location adheres to «kosher» rules so it keeps bacon from me. I can’t support any business that stands in the way of my meat and bacon in the morning. It is bad enough we have to wake up, BUT to be expected to wake up and not eat enough protein to calm the beast inside us is just mean. Not only is it mean, it puts strangers and clients in danger. I don’t plan to come back, unless they start making maple bacon donuts.

0 Stars if possible. Slow service. Rude service. Incompetent service. Also, they are kosher, so they don’t serve any meat products. Might be good for some, but not what I’m looking for in a Dunkin. Don’t think I’ll ever patronize this location again.

I drop by this Dunkin Donuts pretty regularly and I have to say that there is a woman cashier in the morning who is outright rude then gives you the«what did I do?» look when you call her on her behavior. If she wasn’t there every morning, I’d definitely go get my coffee there everyday.

We grabbed a few donuts to go and a box of DD Hot Cocoa K-cups. Location was great since we were wandering around on a Sunday night and wanted a quick snack. The trash was overflowing and it didn’t look very clean but the donuts were good and the staff was very nice.

It’s a franchise what more do you want? I do have to say the people working here were nice and jolly though.,

I usually don’t stop into Dunkin’ Donuts very often since they have a limited selection of teas and I’m not a coffee drinker. However, whenever I am in the mood for a hot chocolate or a nice toasted bagel then I pass by this location. It’s conveniently located near my job and it’s very clean plus the staff is friendly. The only downside is how busy it can get in the morning. The line reaches all the way to the door.

Stop here almost daily before work and get my DD fix. A large double-double. Staff is friendly and energetic and remembers the regulars. Can get busy but always keeps moving. Clean store. It’s kosher, too – if that matters to you.

I always go here for a coffee after the gym and when I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, they had no idea what kind of cream cheeses they had. I was then given a plain bagel after asking for wheat. I was given attitude, saying that isn’t what I asked for, which I didn’t appreciate. I still go here for coffee but will never order anything more again.

Like most I try to stay away from sweets and goods that pack in a lot of calories, however, came to DD today for egg & cheese on a croissant! It was just as good as any fast food breakfast sandwich. The service is a bit slow for a 5 employee, 2 customer ratio. My breakfast sandwich was paired with a mocha caramel iced coffee. Wasn’t loving the drink. I need to stick to my plain light & sweet coffee.

because it is kosher they have vegetarian meat substitutes for sausage, ham and bacon, which is great when you are aiming for a meat free day. the service is just okay and a little slow, but it is close to my school and on my way from the 6 train so its a good location

Unfortunately, this is the kosher Dunkin Donuts in my area, and the closest, so when I need a quick bagel or coffee or when my friends and I need to pick up an ice cream cake at the last minute we go here, but they honestly have the worst service. Even though it’s large and they clean it well, the staff is very grumbly and resentful toward any questions. They also seem to run out of certain items very quickly without any means of replacement; probably because they start off with so few. I have been at 6:30 in the morning and seen baskets with only 2 or 3 donuts/bagels in each. They even once gave me a honey raisin bran muffin when I asked for a blueberry muffin. Since I’d been in a rush, I didn’t discover this mistake until I began to eat it out of the bag around 80th street on my way to the Met. I am still confused as to how one hears«blueberry muffin» and picks the honey raisin bran. Luckily, I didn’t mind the flavor, as it was my breakfast that morning. They also don’t adhere to their hours. It says on the door that they are open from 6AM until midnight, but when I went in at 11:30 with a friend who hadn’t eaten for hours and wanted a bagel, they told me that they were closed and that we had to leave. I looked at my watch, then at the hours posted on the door, and said, «But you don’t close for another half hour.» The man mopping the floor said, «Sorry, we’re closing.» My friend was frustrated and impatient and dragged me out the door before I could get really angry, but if they claim to be open until midnight, then they should be open until midnight. Two stars only because I like Dunkin Donuts as a whole. But this location is pretty dreadful. The plaque on the wall they have for outstanding service makes me snort with laughter every time.

I’ve been to a lot of DD’s that are equipped to handle the morning rush, but this one doesn’t cut it, despite its spacious seating area and large pastry selection. Gruff, impatient staff and the clumps of shredded cardboard(!!!) that I found at the bottom of my cup this morning will keep me from visiting this location again. I recommend the DD on 31st and Park Ave. instead.

This is a pretty spacious and clean DD for being situated in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Came in to order a birthday cake for a coworker’s birthday. The guy was super friendly and very helpful. All said and done. Cake was delivered on the date and time specified. The cake looked real pretty too. The chocolate chip ice cream over chocolate cake was a crowd pleaser. We all enjoyed the ice cream that much more because it was ACTUALLY chocolate chips and not chunks or balls of it.

Tasty doughnuts — love the French kruller and the strawberry frosted one. White chocolate latte was a bit sweet, but overall an easy way to get a sugar fix. For someone not local to New York, it’s hard to choose a flavour without a menu or some guide as to the choices available. Also felt quite flustered holding up a queue of people. Overall I’ll probably pop back for a quick snack at some point.

It’s all kosher, so don’t bother with that bacon egg and cheese croissant. Coffee was bitter, bakery OK. If you live around Herald Square, like I do, you’re better off going to the DD on 31st between 6th and 7th.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy! This place was my first stop in NY after arriving at my friends apartment just up Park Ave from here. They had just what I was looking for: Hot Chocolate and a vanilla crème filled donut. Totally fresh and oh so delicious. A refreshing experience post my last 2 stale Dunkin experiences. Why are there no Dunkins in CA? Why, why, why???

for some reason we always forget this place is kosher until we walk in to get breakfast sandwiches and are sadly denied«meat.» yeah, you can get them without meat, but thats like peanut-butter without the jelly. anyway, like Share W. mentioned, the service is horrible here. there’s always a million people behind the counter shouting things in your face, and somehow managing to be completely inefficient. you may wonder why i still go here? well the other DD near work is 3 blocks away — this one 2, so yeah, i’m lazy.

This place is KOSHER!!! Yes, you heard right — KOSHER Dunkin’ Donuts! For all of us who have never experienced the donut joy of Dunkin’ Donuts, now we can! Now, the place gets five stars because it is a Kosher Dunkin’ Donuts… BUT — the guy took my order while he was talking on the phone and if this wasn’t a KOSHERDUNKINDONUTS then I would make it 3 stars.
