Tasty, sweet, fresh doughnuts and excellent coffee. It hits the spot on a cold day with tourist stuff planned. I drink their coffee at home so I had to try it at a store. Great coffee for a fraction of the price of a high end coffee roaster.

I love me some Tim Hortons. Their Maple Glazed Doughnut is the truth. 1 Doughnut and a large coffee will cost you 3.80. You will pay that price for the coffee alone Starbucks and you won’t get a yummy doughnut. I love their coffee as well. One of my top 5 coffees in New York City. Space is very cool too, padded chairs, TV. Nice place to unwind or start the day. Maybe I am a bit bias. When I am in Montréal I find the nearest Tim Hortons straight away!!! There aren’t too many in New York City so I stop in when I am in the area.

If you’re a New Yorker who just want a mini-escape from the hustle and bustle of midtown Manhattan then you have found my little getaway. Aside from the staple pastry items they got gourmet sandwiches. It’s linked with a Baskin Robbins. Plenty of seating, warm and cozy ambience. Service superb! Staff is young and energetic, it’s nice to see coworkers that get along so well. I’m sure they get their fair share of difficult customers from time to time. Thumbs up for keeping that service up despite all that!

Typical Tim Horton’s. Nothing fancy. Stopped for an ice coffee. Staff member was courteous and double checked my order.

Originally from Buffalo, very close to Canada, I am a bit biased in my review. When I saw that they were opening so close to my job I was very excited to get some«home» food and my expectations were pretty high. Unfortunately, they just do not hit the spot. I, like Holly V below me, am used to long lines and some solid food/coffee. When I order breakfast, the sandwich is always cold, hashbrowns are generally stale and the coffee drinks just aren’t what I expect. Staff is very nice and they certainly try hard but there’s generally no more than myself and one MAYBE two other customers. I’m interested to see how long they stay open. With so many other places in the immediate area I always try to give them another try, however, still always lets me down.

Great service and Tim Horton’s food is about as fresh as you will get in a fast food chain.

Being Canadian I am a bit biased… my expectations are high. I was so glad to see the Tim Hortons opening only 100 ft from my apt in NYC. It has been open now for several months. I have given it my best try to give them a chance… the staff are very sweet, but I am dying for a real double-double. Who can mess up a double-double??? Well this Timmies can’t get it right. It is sad. At home there is always a line up out the door or in the drive-thru. At this location, I am usually the only one in the place, no matter what time I visit, or pass by. If someone out there can help the Timmies on 34th… please do. They need the help.

I give only one star because the people serving us were nice. Coffee tasted watered down, pretty disgusting actually, I finished maybe 30% of it. Not that I’m a coffee aficionado or anything but I knew it was crap. Donut was just OK. Cheese croissant was again just OK. With a dunkin donuts right across the street(you know what you’re getting and its usually always consistent) I dont see myself coming here again. Ever.
