The pharmacy staff here is personable, smart, and remembers you when you come back. Really great service.
I would give the store higher stars, but all of their non-​pharmacy stuff is priced to kill. Do yourself a favor and check out the prices at Harmon or Bed Bath and Beyond or elsewhere, and you will save a fortune. I saw one herbal item that was $ 21.99 here, and the exact same item and brand was $ 9.99 at Trader Joe’s. Unreal! Super expensive.
So 3-​stars because of the pharmacy.

I really wanted to give one star but i decided to not be so bitter so i’m giving them two. The pharmacy staff here is SO rude. Whenever I go in I have some type of problem and no one there ever wants to help. They are snappy and so nasty and I am definitely changing pharmacies.

honestly, this is a really nice Duane Reade. Very clean, very spacious, bright and very well lit. Certainly makes for a nice shopping experience!

I was set to go back go the gym today but first I neded a lock for my locker. I couldn’t find an open hardware store and I forgot to stop at Staples © so I tried in here, not having high hopes.
I asked the cashier if they possibly have combination locks and he told me the exact aisle they were located in,
I am not sure how reasonable the price was for the Master© combination lock was but it cost $ 6.99 plus tax. There was only a few in line but the line moved quickly.

This Duane Reade is one of the remodeled very brightly revived pharmacy store. It do not contain prepared foods, no bakery department but a lot of frozen microwave package meals. Seasonal aisle is huge all stock up for Valentine’s 2013.

Recently remodeled — very sharp!
Great for a pop-​in for a quick item (snack, missing make up item, beverage, etc.), but don’t plan to do any heavy shopping unless you’d like to heavily pay out for it.
One of the few Duane Reade’s that actually seemed to use its air conditioning; a pleasant shopping experiene.
