In a city littered with bars and a sometimes pretentious crowd. where does one go for a decent pint without any social pressures. Try drop-off service — One size does not fit all when it comes to bars and so this might not be your type of place but they have a great selection on tap and the prices are cheap. They have just about all the regular spirits. There is a happy hour special and the bar staff is friendly and not too dick-ish. The bathrooms are clean and there are booth tables that can seat a crowd of 6. Honestly you don’t need much else unless you’re looking to pick up in which case you might want to try elsewhere.

I searched this place on Google prior to arriving and accidently clicked the street view. The laundro-mat looked perfect. What says single-&-mingle like quarters and being in a fresh smelling room forced to wait 45 minutes. Arrived to an initial disappointment. This was no place for soil britches and shirts. It was almost a perfect happy hour but I smelled like I spent a week is a sewage plant. Overall — Great vibe, great deals, much fun.

One of my favorite bars in the city. Former laundry mat which gives it a cool vibe. Great craft beers and fun jukebox! Low key for a casual night out for drinks.

Great happy hour! $ 3 drafts and $ 5 craft beers every day until 8 pm. Very relaxed atmosphere and service was extremely friendly as well. Good place to grab a quick drink after work! Would be a regular if I were from the area for sure.

Pretty relax bar with a great $ 3 beer happy hour that goes to 8PM. They have quite a bit of seating and friendly bartenders. Definitely a good place to get an after work drink.

Everything you want in a blue collar bar. Decent beer selection, good tunes, and friendly service. And they have a REAL happy hour, $ 3 draft beers, none of this 50 cents off crap. Great vibes, and a good layout with plenty of room at the bar.

Pretty chill place for Happy Hour and you can usually grab a booth or seat before 7pm. Half a dozen brews are $ 3, most others are $ 5 and a Tito’s + Soda will cost ya $ 6. With a chill atmosphere, internet jukebox and cheap-o dranks, why would you head anywhere else for much needed after work imbibing?! Bonus: you’ll probably see me there :)

Good happy hour till 8PM and a gigantic selection of beers. Came here after a friend wanted to grab drinks and watch the MSU game. They have only one tv, but since the place isn’t that big, one TV was enough. There’s a lot of seating for groups, which is always a plus! I got a mix drink here, but it’s really known for their beers on tap. The drinks are pretty cheap too! The best part was, the place didn’t feel like a crappy dive bar or a pretentious beer bar. Just a good wholesome bar to grab drinks with a friend.

I am very partial to this bar for many reasons – lots of great memories here, great service, and such a cozy place to hang out in the chilly winter evenings! The rotating selection of beers has always allowed me to try something new. The $ 3 happy hour is really hard to beat! The happy hour here is a great time to come, before the truly sloshed people start making their way inside. The vibe here is just so relaxed and happy. Bartenders are really nice too, which is always a plus. The biggest drive home for me is the abundance of seating and counter options here. With all the little nooks, it’s a great place for a first date or a 50th date – you can have as much privacy as you want but still feel part of the scene.

$ 3 craft beers from 5 – 8(I think it starts at 5.)??? Count me in! This place is a nice dive bar — it is pretty spacious, but make sure you come early if you want a seat. I’d go here to have a nice conversation with someone… to chill out. They also have $ 3OFF wine(not $ 3 wines… my friend got really excited. before he realized he was miserably confused) and $ 2OFF shots. I just stuck with my beer for the night. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get to this bar, but if I’m in the area, I would definitely come by again.

Not sure how I would categorize Drop Off Service. I don’t want to say«just your average bar», but it’s not a cocktail bar, not a foofy/pretentious/exclusive bar, not a dive bar, not a hookah bar, not a tapas bar, not a tiki bar, so I guess it’s just… a bar. With cheap drinks! What’s not to like? Came here on a Saturday night around 11pm with three friends. Despite being conveniently-located(right off the L line), it actually wasn’t too busy at this point. This actually surprised me, because the space lends itself to decently-sized crowds. There’s a fair amount of seating here, but the center area could easily be converted to a dance floor at any moment. At 11 I suppose the clientele was more tame/sober, but I wouldn’t be surprised if polite conversation turned to drunken dancing in the later hours. Overall, I was very impressed with the drink menu. They offer a handful of specialty cocktails as well as a very diverse selection of beers. I had already started with liquor for the night, so I went with one of their specialty martinis(gin, grapefruit, celery bitters… maybe one other thing I’m forgetting) which pretty much tasted like straight gin. This. Was. STRONG. Not sure I’ve ever taken that long to finish a drink. If I return, I’ll definitely opt for a beer. They’ve got your more typical craft beers(Delirium Tremens) as well as a lot of local ales/IPAs. Best guess is they’ve got at least 20 beers on tap, maybe closer to 30. So while I won’t call this a «craft beer bar» or a «gastropub» or «beer hall» — I am still called it «just…a bar» — beer drinkers rejoice! Come here if you’re looking for a chill, no-frills bar that’s a step up from a dive. The four of us were able to find seating in a booth(actually across from a couple, which was less awkward than expected… for us at least?) so you don’t need to be overly-cautious about party size here. Now go get yourselves some cheap brews!

Lively happy hours with $ 3 drinks mean this is the local go to place Friday nights Sunday’s and many other days. Plus the beer selection is very compared to many other spots. Bring your own food too so it can be a long time hang out place many a times!

What a fantastic bar!!! The layout is small but the ambiance makes up for everything else. This is only a bar so don’t go in expecting to eat but you are able to bring food inside. I would definitely recommend dropping in for a cheap drink with efficient and friendly service.

Amazing bar! Efficient and friendly service, nice ambiance. it used to be a laundromat, which is what caught our interest. oh yes, and their $ 3, all week happy hour draft beers selection! They don’t serve food, but you can bring food from outside! Really nice place. Definitely recommend for medium sized groups!

For me this place is awesome. It’s a hop, skip, jump away from where I work and the happy hour is till 8 pm. If you love beer, you have to come for the happy hour. $ 3 drafts of high quality beer? Can’t beat that. They always have a nice selection of draft beers for happy hour but also there are even better beers for $ 5. I really like the space as well. You seat yourself and there is plenty of room. I really like the sexy back room-perfect for a date. This place gets packed by 7 with people on dates and coworkers going for happy hours so come early for a good seat. I think there are cocktails here but I would just stick to the amazing tap selection(there are ciders on tap too– if you are into that). Best part is when you leave drunk and you have a plethora of options for drunk munchies in the LES. yum!

loved the service. I have been here a couple of times and every single time it has been great. prices are cheap and drinks are good. It gets crowded in the afternoon and you are allowed to order food and have it delivered to the bar from restaurants in the area. The beer list is very extensive and priced to sell cheap and fast. The décor of the bar is dark and cozy, not huge but decent size and can accommodate a large crowd. Definity will keep coming to this establishment to spend my money.

— — — Overall Verdict: SERVICE: Efficient and friendly VENUE: Brick walls with jazz music in the background, giving off an air of casualness yet classiness. DRINKS: Diverse selection(wine, cocktails, beer) and decently strong ADDITIONALINFORMATION: $ 20 minimum for credit cards, and there is happy hour every day till 8pm. VERDICT: Drop me off here anytime! Small, yet spacious venue with a diverse selection of strong, yet flavorful drinks, making this a great spot for large group meetups. And that’s what a lounge/bar is all about! ^_^ — — — Experience: Happened to stumble upon this place when our original destination was closed; and I am so glad we did! My party of 10 arrived at 2:30 on a snowy, freezing, Saturday. It was empty at that time so fortunately for us we had our choice of seats. We chose to sit in the back where there was space for a large group and also provided us some distance from the rest of the seating area for a bit of privacy. It’s a relatively small lounge/bar with low-lighting and jazz music in the background, giving it a somewhat speakeasy-ish type of ambiance. — — — Drinks: I’ve had the Strawberry Margarita, Citron Sauvage Martini and the Hot Toddy(Oh-em-gee, this smells so good!), and I was happy with all of them: not too«alcholic» tasting, but strong enough for me.

I like it a lot. So much delicious beer on tap(delirium tremens, habanero IPA…). i like the nooks to sit in, i like the lighting, i like the juke box, and i like that the bar tenders were cool and despite the place being pretty packed on a saturday night i didn’t have to wait stupid long for my next drink. i’m coming back!
