Domino’s Pizza

Prob a blessing in disguise so I don’t eat this artery clogging sorry excuse for human food. I am disgusted by the service I just received. If you are a manager at this location and are reading this please know the person who this is regarding was working your phones at 2:25am New Year’s Eve. I called attempting to enter an order and the man told me after I gave my address «you always call in orders and you never pick up your pizza» what??? We just moved to this apartment about 2 months ago and have ordered dominos one time during which we answered the door immediately when the delivery arrived. Regardless I have a doorman who is 5 feet away from my apartment which makes it virtually impossible I would miss a delivery. A reputable doctor lived here previously and I find it hard to believe she was drunk-​prank callIng dominos with orders. What kind of service is this accusing someone who’s attempting to give you business of something that’s clearly inaccurate? Will NEVER order from here again.

Kind courteous employees open late which is great right near the hospital NYU Langone. However the Speciality Chicken Crispy Bacon and Tomato was alright.

I’ve been a customer at this location for more than a year. Unfortunately things changed and they made a few mistakes that I could not accept. More than that, customer service was supposed to make things right — and they failed here too. An immediate refund was necessary for the last mistake where they gave me a pizza overloaded with tomato sauce, but they didn’t. Their hygiene is not a top priority either… Stay away.

Took forever for the food to come by. We were waiting for at least 40 mins.

Who in their right mind would order from here while living in NYC? On top of poor quality you have to pay administrative /​delivery fees to get this garbage and maybe add a tip??? The 99 cent pizza is better than this stuff.

Granted it’s the Super Bowl but it’s been an hour and a half since we ordered. I called a half an hour ago and the guy said that they are really busy but it would be here in 15 minutes. Now I can’t even get through on the phone because their line is constantly busy. This sucks!!! Never again. Terrible service. They had to have known that tonight was going to be busy. Bad bad bad

This is one of the best Domino’s in America. they do the job and they do it well. Wow. And it seems with pride.
I order the Handmade Pan Pizza, for $ 8.95 it’s a good deal.
I have to hand it to them, I never thought I would be ordering pizza in the middle of NYC… I grew up on slices from the local pizza parlor. But compared to what we have in this neighborhood now, Domino’s is very good.
The junk that non-​New Yorkers think is real street old school pizza in this neighborhood… no way. The other places are passable, but way way over-​priced. Or at a dollar a slice… what can I say. Some of these other establishments are so dirty… just vile.
You will not go wrong here!

The absolute worst experience of my life when ordering food. Won’t even go into detail I’ve never been so disgusted. Save yourself about a half day of aggravation and NEVER order from this establishment again

As stated previously in a review below, more like zero stars. I ordered a pizza and when it was delivered I realized they forgot my chicken topping. I called the manager who said to just give my phone number next time and I’ll have a credit on my account for a free pizza. I call today, and the rude bitch lady on the phone «I dun see nothin’.» Tried to explain the situation, and kept saying over and over «I dun see nothin’» so annoying learn how to speak eloquently. There are a gazillion other pizza places in NY and I only order from here because of their gluten-​free option, but I rather just stay away overall!

Any ol’ port in a storm, so as pizza joints in Murray Hill and Kips Bay are squeezed out of biz by soaring rental rates this Domino’s often becomes one of the few (and dwindling) go-to’s. Hanker for pizza? Take your chances here. Orders can arrive (usually on time) piping hot or barely lukewarm. Toppings run the range from generous to miserly; it’s the luck of the draw. One thing’s for sure: just because the product delivered comes on a piece of baked dough and is faintly daubed with tomato sauce, it ain’t pizza. It may taste ok, it may look ok, it may even look like pizza, but, sadly, non e niente pizza. It’s Domino’s, a genuine American creation and acquired taste.

This location prepares your food extremely fast and the pizza is always delivered when it is still hot. The food is delicious and I am always very happy!

Horrible place and they charge a $ 2 dollar delivery fee. We’re just helping pay for over head. You would think they have a better customer service team since they over charge for mediocre pizza. What a crock!

5 out of 10 times they don’t get the order right.

Oh Domino’s. You are a guilty pleasure of mine but your pizza is good, the cheesy bread is even better and I love how quick your delivery is.

I came here during that weekend where manhattan shut down for hurricane irene (totally unnecessary, btw) and was looking for some food. Couldn’t find anything open, so stumbled across this Domino’s. They didn’t have very many employees that day, so he warned us that there would be a wait when we placed our order in person, but it was no worries. After we ordered — 2 medium pizzas, 1 order of hot buffalo wings, and 1 order of cheesy bread — we walked across the street and hung out at the food emporium. By the time we came back, food was ready!
Pizzas were amazing, as usual. They actually only had thin crust pizza that day, something I wouldn’t normally order from Dominos because I go for their garlic crust, but their thin crust was pretty good! I love my pizza thin and crispy. The «HOT» buffalo wings were not spicy at all, even to me, someone who can’t even take a little bit of wasabi. But they were good. and the cheesy bread is aites, not as good as papa john’s cheesy bread or local southern cheesy bread.
Overall, the food was good. Service was fine (nothing to complain about). Not spectacular, but if you live around the neighborhood and you’re craving for some pizza (since there aint a 2 bros around) this is a good place to visit!

Okay so let’s be honest — people order from Domino’s in a pinch, especially students, so why not review the location and what it’s worth rather than just ranting about how something is wrong with you if you eat pizza at a Domino’s instead of a neighboring restaurant that costs twice as much for the same amount of food.
This place delivers extremely quickly and every time you order it comes hot. Ironically enough that can’t be said about most «better,» delivery food. If you are going to order Domino’s when it’s too late to order anything else this is a good one to order from.

If you find yourself eating pizza from Domino’s in the middle of Manhattan, you should immediately check yourself into an asylum for the culinary insane.
There are at least 5 pizzerias in the area that blow this garbage away. Pizza 33 on 3^rd and 33^rd is just a few steps away from here and is 1000 times better.
