My pizza arrived completely messed up and scrambled. It was disgusting. I only ate it because I was starving and to think I paid $ 20 for this. NEVERAGAIN!

They’re not the best, but not the worst either. If you’re ordering during prime time hours or events, you’re going to have a horrible time. The food is eh, passable. It’s Domino’s, and if you’re ordering from here you most likely live around the area(Inwood). There are much better pizzerias all over the darn area, from Grandpa’s on 207 to Johnny’s on Dyckman. The only good thing Domino’s has going for you is you can get delivery late after a night of drinking. Pass. The Domino’s in Kingsbridge, at Broadway &236th Street is much better anyway.

I didn’t even get a chance to order the pizza. The website had a glitch. So I called. Worst mistake ever. The person on the phone didn’t speak clear English. He had no idea what I was saying when I said«beef» when he asked me what toppings. I said feta and three different times he repeated«cheddar» back. Seriously? Verbal tests should be given.

The food is the average dominoes quality but the customer service is super rough! I ordered online and got my food relatively fast which is why it’s 2 stars and not one but the order was completely wrong and when I called back they told me the delivery guy was on his way back in 2 mins and hangs up on me. 20 mins later I call back and a different person actually talks to me and retakes my order. An hour and a half after my actual order my food arrives and no matter the taste my starving family scarfs it down. Definitely the last time this place gets my business!

From Dominos Corp, it would be nice to recognize long standing customers. I have been ordering since my college days in the early 1980’s. You would think that they would want to do something to say thank you. For this location, they tend to under cook the pan pizzas. Also, when one orders a drink, you expect it to be cold. And not put into the cooler two hours ago cold but put into the cooler two days ago cold(it is 70 degrees today so it is not the outside temperature that is impacting the coldness here). I own my apartment in my co-op. They still occasionally call to verify me like I am a renter. That drives me crazy. It’s like they don’t know their customers. The delivery staff could keep the pies flatter when out for delivery too. Those all being said, they have great pizzas.

Ordering Dominos in general is usually a bad experience but this location is just horrendous. Most of the staff is absolutely useless and take forever to place a simple order. I find it odd that they now charge a delivery fee and charge for marinara sauce for their stuffed cheesy bread. Anyways I usually get a chicken alfredo bread bowl pasta with extra alfredo sauce and I never receive it the way I want it. On countless occasions I’ve received it without the extra sauce, with the sauce all over the inside if the box and even in a pan rather than a bread bowl. Today finally blew the lid off of it. I was apprehensive as always when it comes to this place but I placed my order anyways. I ordered a chicken alfredo bread bowl with extra sauce. When it arrived I was horribly surprised to see a lime green price tag in my pasta. I kind of dont even want to know how it got there. All I can say is, this place has let me down for the last time.

What’s the point of ordering online if you have to end them calling them anyway. The delivery guys are full of attitude and argue with you over company policy when their job is just to hand a pizza over to you. Also if you charge a pizza on your credit card you can’t send it to someone else you have to be physically present at the destination your food is going too which takes the convenience out of it. This Domino’s is just plain stupid! Get rid of it already

This place SUCKS!!! Placing an online order is USELESS… either they can’t read or just ignore the order completely. The delivery guys always have crap attitudes…

Consistent disappointment. I would order a regular pizza but found it was mostly dough and cheese with little to no sauce. After it happening several times I learned to start ordering extra sauce, but have to pay extra to get a normal amount on my pizza. I order online and they do come on time. However, I am never satisfied with the pizza.

This Domino’s location is great. Forget all the naysayers. I have ordered delivery from here literally dozens of times and I always get exactly what I want — a piping hot pizza that comes with what I ordered on it and is cooked to my specification(well-done). In my experience the delivery has always been prompt and the delivery people have always been friendly. Honestly, I’m not expecting a pizza created from just-flown in ingredients from Naples. The consistency of Domino’s(specifically this location) is why I will continue ordering from here until I die of a heart attack. The pizza tastes pretty good, especially when you run a cost-benefit analysis. We live in Inwood, not Brooklyn or downtown Manhattan, so I’m not sure why people are being so critical here. The only good pizza place in the area is Johnny’s on Dyckman Street, and they don’t deliver, which often times kills the craving for a myriad of reasons. If you try and bring up Grandpa’s as a serious contender, please don’t get me started with their overpriced and thin tasteless cardboard. Bottom line: Cheap, consistent, fast, and good enough.

Domino’s pizza is a huge empire. It’s not the best of the best, but it’ll do when you don’t feel like cooking dinner. This is a review for the take-out/delivery service. For the past several years, every now and again I order Domino’s from this specific location. I tend to order online since they have more coupons/deals there versus if you call them over the phone. My pizza gets delivered in less than 30 minutess so I have no complaints there. This was also the only pizza place delivering during Superstorm Sandy. I gave them an extra star just for that.

Forgot to bring my lunch to work and decided to have a go at Domino’s since it seemed like a popular spot to order lunch. I ordered the chicken alfredo in a tin plate light on the sauce for take out. Picked up the food and went back to the office. I didn’t know Light on the sauce meant NOSAUCE. Because that pasta was as dry as ever and looked like it got burned into the tin. Not to mention the tin was half full, like someone had eaten it and left the rest for me! BIGFAIL. maybe half the tin is supposed to be filled with sauce, not sure about that one. Either way, you suck Domino’s. lesson learned.

It is what it is — the local outpost of the Domino’s pizzular empire. That being said, they’ve really improved their service and quality in the past year or two, along with the rest of the chain. The website is great, online coupons and carryout specials keep it cheap, and I’ve never had an issue with a mistaken order or a delivery time longer than 30 minutes. It’s not New York pizza, but it’s good in its own way — it’s got a nice mix of herbs and cheese dusted onto the crust, and it’s lighter, more manageable and less greasy than the typical NY slice. We order from here probably more often than we should.

The crappy attempt at pizza and the obnoxious delivery staff that has no regard for traffic or pedestrians aren’t the source of this one star rating. This place plants a guy outside my apartment building so he can leave flyers advertising the crappy attempts at pizza and the obnoxious delivery staff. They send a guy to throw their trash under my door. I wonder how they’d feel if we all returned the favor. Let me end this review with an open letter. Dear Dominos, I don’t enjoy eating crap. Your flyers aren’t helping either. Yours truly, No longer in college

Why anyone orders from Dominoe is beside me. 45 minutes for pre-processed pizza? INNYC? Wow, people need serious counseling if you think this is 1. pizza 2. good 3. worth it Please, don’t eat this crap.
