This was by far the worst experience I ever encountered and I want to share with everyone because people need to avoid this Domino’s at all cost, it is not worth the time that they take out of your life and have no respect for. I use the online app all the time. I keep it simple because they never used to include sauces that I paid for. I ordered my food at exactly 4:02. At 4:18 it said my food was being checked for quality. At 4:48 and I wondered why the delivery hadn’t come so I contacted the store. I was told that it would be out within a few minutes. I called back at 5:02 and Kathy who was supposedly the manager and if she was, it’s clear why that place was in such a disarray, said that there was a delay because of the rain. I thought I may have been hallucinating so I looked on my firescape to see it was bone dry so I guess it was only raining on their side of the street but she assured me that my order had left and that was at 5:02. At 5:26 I called again because now it had been clearly over an hour that I had placed my order and more than an hour that my order was sitting out so I was concerned about it still being hot when it got to my house. When the delivery man got to my house at 5:28 an entire hour and 26 minutes after I placed the initial order the food was cold. I didn’t want to throw the pizza in the cheesy bread at the deliveryman so I politely gave it back to him I got dressed and walked to the store. When I got to the store another another supposed manager named Anthony, had nothing but excuses for me. I informed him that excuses are tools of the incompetent and that I am beyond livid that not only did I wait over an hour and change for my order but that I got a cold order, and now had to leave my house for something that was supposed to be delivered to me. He told me about being busy and that’s understandable, but not so busy it takes an hour and and a half to delivery food three blocks. Then«Kathy» comes back into the store and ask in Spanish«she came?» I did!!! but most importantly Spanish is not a mythical language that no one knows how to speak. I didn’t address her because I may have lost my temper, but do I need to speak Spanish to get stellar customer service? I demanded my food be refunded and that they make a brand-new order. He told me I was going to have to wait for 20 minutes and I told him you have 10. My order was placed well before anyone else’s order that he was about to put in the oven and I refuse to wait any additional time. I will never order pizza from that dominos again and if I don’t like the response to this issue I won’t be ordering from any domino’s ever. Did I mention I live 5 blocks. Update: Mr Lopez left a message and suggested that we do carry out from now on instead of delivery because delivery isn’t efficient for me since I live so close. *Dials Papa Johns*. This owners response is indicative of the integrity of the 116th store that unfortunately has Domino’s logo all over it. I will not be returning to that location.

This dominos is the WORST store I have ever ordered from and they have horrible customer service. I ordered my pizza at 405 pm Sunday evening. The pizza did not arrive till 530pm and the pizza was beyond cold. This is unexceptable being that I live 3 blocks away from the store. When I contacted the store to obtain a status update I received two different reasons for delay. One being it was raining then after going to the store bc my pizza was stone cold I was told their was s shortage of drivers. To top the horrible experience the managers proceeded to talk in front of me in Spanish about me forgetting that I speak the language. NEVERAGAINWILLTHEYGETMYBUSINESS .

Had a few issues with them in the past. So it’s a gamble depending how crazy busy they are. Once I called on my cell because they sent me the wrong order. they put me on hold. waited 10 minutes and kept it on while I dialed with my home phone. They actually picked up my home phone first. Later they deliver my correct order but expect me to give them the cold pizza that I didn’t order to them. Even though I tipped the delivery guy already.

Terrible service. I ordered a Cheesy Bread for pick up. 15 minutes later I went to pick up my order. The cashier asked me to wait 5 mins and I said no problem. 10 mins later, the cashier told me to wait 20 mins because there were 4 customer ahead of me. I decided to cancel my order and the manager told me that he could not it because I placed the order 30 mins ago. Worst pizzeria ever. Waited 45 mins for a bread.

This location of dominos is the worse! They never pick up their phone… When ordering online it takes over an hour and a half to get the pizza out of the store and then delivery takes over 20 minutes… Extremely irritated and this has happened more than once!

I have been ordering from this location for years. They always get my order right, the delivery guys are all super polite, and the ONE time I had a major problem with a pizza being undercooked, the manager very kindly corrected the situation and had a new pizza delivered. I appreciate their consistency with me.

The employees at this Domino’s are particularly unhelpful as disgruntled, unsupported fast food employees often are, but my problem today could be described as both a local problem and a company wide problem. I order online to get a pizza for pickup, AKA the easiest process known to man. Never ever have I had a single problem doing so in my life. But today I did. I was TURNEDAWAY because I didn’t have my drivers license. With two forms of card with my name on it, which matched the name on the pizza order, I was unable to give them money for the food they had prepared for me. Luckily I live a block away so I was begrudgingly able to go home and get it and come back to claim what was rightfully mine. But eventually some person is going to order pizza for pickup when they’re on their way somewhere, and is not going to have their ID on them. In these circumstances, there’s no choice but to waste that pizza since Domino’s policy is to not release pizzas into the custody of their owners without proper ID, like a lost puppy at the pound. Not to mention that when I did return with my ID, all annoyed and stuff of course, they didn’t greet me all apologetic like they’re definitely trained to do in the service industry, instead I hear«OH she came back.» like they knew they shouldn’t have expected me back at all after that(which they shouldn’t have). But also with a slight added tone of «I hope she doesn’t notice the spit in her pizza cuz I called dibs on it by licking it as soon as she walked out the door!». Now, in the horrible corporate food chain I worked at for several years, never once did we require ID for pickup, but we also, when there is a problem, are extremely apologetic and make it up to them. I guess they weren’t so bad after all compared to Domino’s!

I was in the mood for some pizza and for some bizarre reason on my part I decided to give Domino’s a chance. I don’t usually go for chain pizza since NY has so many amazing options for pizza, but it was late on a Sunday and I thought how bad can this be? Well let me tell you how bad it was. My overall experience at this place was awful, I walked in and was the only person in the place. I placed my order and then about 5 minutes after someone else came in and ordered. The ditzy girl at the counter told me it would be about 15 min, how did 15min turn into close to 40min? The unbelievably dimwitted cashier girl gave my order to the people after me. The worst part was that she did not seem to comprehend that she had made a mistake, or that she needed to apologize. After questioning her several times on my order I finally got her to admit she had made a mistake and given away my order to the wrong person. I then had to wait until they made my food again, which was my own mistake since the pizza ended up being soggy and not worth the wait at all. I will never return to this location or order Domino’s again. The incompetence of this employee was absolutely mind-blowing and completely unacceptable.
