If you are a handbag fanatic and like designer brands this is the place to go. They have a good selection of styles and colors. I usually find something I like. If you head for the back left corner of the store, you’ll run into the mark down section. Certain brands are never on sale. I have found that they sell the name brands for a little less then the other stores. You can also go on line and order from their web site. My daughter loves this store. Sales people are always helpful They don’t mind when I stop in just to look. No more expensive leather bags for me. I have the one I purchased here. It’s still as good as new!

I have been in this shop several time to make an emergency Longchamp bag purchase(don’t you hate when that happens?). The customer service has always been good. My mother has also made a few bag purchases over the years and has been happy with both the service and the quality of the bags. I would purchase more from this store, but I am not familiar with all the brands they carry and I am a bit of a bag snob — especially when paying a few hundred dollars on a bag.

Have bought bags at this establishment before and the owner and daughter very helpful. My last experience with Netty not great. In late May I noticed a Roberta Pieri bag that was lovely. Went in to Delfino and asked if I could order. Netty gave me her cell phone number and asked me to check back if I didn’t hear from her I called in June and a gentlemen answered, he told me the bag had been ordered. Last week I went in store for status. Netty said it was never ordered and many bags were back ordered and just coming in etc etc. She never apologized for not calling(she said she would). She had a terrible attitude. This diva has no business being in a customer-focused business.

I bought a bag at Delfino’s and had it sent to me in California. I received it and did not like the color so I sent it back with a note on an exchange. The post office delivered the bag, but the store never received it. I worked with the oener’s daughter who was fabulous. Her customer service was outstanding. Because we could not trace the lost bag, she mailed me a brand new one. They went over and above what was expected. Thank you Delfino!

I walk into Delfino all the time because I love to look at the bags. I finally treated myself for my birthday a couple weeks ago and splurged. I bought a bag and a nice wallet. The purchasing experience was great. Two weeks later I’m in the store and unhappy with the bag because it keeps leaving black marks on my clothes. «We can’t resell it» is the sales person’s reason for not letting me exchange it. I work in the corporate office for a boutique type chain. I get the return process. I wanted a bag that didn’t ruin my clothes. Didn’t matter that I had the receipt. «You used it» he said. After arguing about it with him for a couple more minutes I grew tired. He gave me a new strap. I don’t even care about the bag now. I think I’m going to sell it on eBay.
