Asked for the manager cause we had questions about Prada’s refund policy. We weren’t even asking for a refund, but was just trying to understand Prada’s no refund policy(store credit only) cause we were frustrated with the limited options. The manager greeted us with no hello but asking immediately where does it say we give refunds? We offered to shake hands with him and introduced ourselves first — I would have expected him to do that but obviously he didn’t. He left in the middle of the conversation without a goodbye like he was annoyed and too busy to deal with customers who have Qs bout a refund. Absolutely disgusting service experience. The manager is plain rude with no manners that make him a salesperson. Yuk yuk yuk still disgusted with the man.

The staff here are the exact opposite on the SoHo store, very unfriendly. What assistants at «high end» need to know is the shopping experience is crucial part of spending such large amount of dollars. Remember the scene in «Pretty Woman» when she goes back and says«Big mistake»? Well I bought a coat down town this season.

The atmosphere as well as the culture of fashion is just absolutely explosive in this store. I’m not usually a huge fan of brands like this, but man I have to admit there was some pretty fashionable stuff in there. Chic is probably the best term to throw in the bucket of adjectives for this place. Give this place a try… 5 out of 5, nuff said.

Outstanding customer service at this location. Worked with the General Manager Carrie to replace a damaged item and she was understanding and helpful, including offering the Prada leather repair service which I was unaware of. After experiences with Prada at the NY Madison and Monaco stores, I’ll be a customer for life.

I love Prada, but I don’t like the design of this store(and not a big fan of the design of the store on Fifth, but it’s better than this one). First, I don’t like the pink carpet. Second, it feels too sparse. Overall, it’s far too feminine for a man. Stores I like: — Armani on Fifth — Burberry on 57th — Gucci on Fifth — Dolce & Gabbana on Madison — Zegna on Fifth

My favorite Prada store… Not crowded with tourists and I can get in and get out with what I want… Just bought myself a birthday present and the staff is always so helpful as I could not make up my mind.

I purchased a pair of men’s driving loafers & a bottle of cologne here. I usually shop at the 5th Ave store but thought I’d try here for a change. I liked the location, being less congested with crowds & tourists. The staff was warm, friendly & professional. The men’s dept. had a great selection of inventory, especially in clothing. My sales associate Milly is the best !! She gave me excellent service & was very, very helpful … No «hard sell» or pushy sales tactics here either. I highly recommend.

So few reviews for Prada, but I suppose everyone already knows – it is the paradigm of modern fashion. Wearable, chic, subtle, impeccable. The clothes are 5-star, and most of the sales staff is very professional. There is one who shall remain nameless who says I look great in everything I try on – which simply is not the case – I don’t like the hard sell. But that’s certainly not enough to deter me from going back.

My absolute favorite PRADA store out of the 3 in terms of selection and service. I am impressed with the SOHO Prada but only go there to check out their PRADA Sport selection. I find the SOHO store a bit hectic because of it being fulla tourist’s and so it’s hard to find assistance when I need it. I have a reliable SA’s at this location who is readily available. I prefer subtle designs and abhor labels screaming the brand and ladden with logo’s hence my worship like tribute to the PRADA collection. PRADA designs are understated, tasteful and clean which is up my alley. I love how it fits me to a ‘T’ without requiring much to any alteration. Shopping at this location is not frustrating because noone is overbearing and it’s not overcrowded with tourists. I like that I am not bothered by SA’s constantly but am able to get their assistance when I need it.

I don’t like labels that scream — and Prada’s signature backpack is fashionable and at the same time cool and understated enough. I had mine for years… and I also was able to purchase a few at a Prada outlet in Florence. I highly suggest if you are in Italy you go to the outlet in Florence. Stock up. And give them as gifts. Your friends will think you are fabulous and they will never forget you.(The backpacks cost a fraction of what they would be in NYC). This is a fail-safe bag. You are fashionable without being a fashion victim. Thanks Muicia.
