0 stars — stay away! This place has terrible customer service, I was scolded for touching the furniture & that I would be responsible for any damages. Should furniture be that fragile? And why would I buy something that can break that easily!

Prices are higher than other furniture stores in Chinatown. The reason being is, they are on Bowery while the others are on smaller less busy streets. They prohibit taking pictures of their furniture because they are NOT CONFIDENT in their prices in being competitive. Julie Cheung applied a lot of pressure in pushing a sale on us. Of course it was not successful. Being that it was not successful she was very disrespectful and acted in a very unprofessional manner. I am glad I didn’t buy anything at this place. She showed her true colors. AVOID!!! THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Julie Cheung is the WORST! She may seem nice but she is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! Watch out!!! Don’t buy from her!
BUYERS BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING HERE. Check out «International Furniture Co. Inc.» next door or «Hong Kong Furniture LTD on 292 Grand Street. These two stores sell everything they have and they respect your space and pressured sales does not exist there.
