We had a terrible experience with this store. We bought a floor lamp. When we tried to install it, we saw that the stand was not upright and the shade was tilted. We called up to ask if they would exchange it and the sales person was rude and refused to exchange the lamp. He said he will repair it but will not exchange it.
Stay away from this shop.
