Great range of products, there’s stores twice this size that have less than half the selection. Customer service is on point, Raul is extremely friendly and gladly answered all of my questions. This is his passion, and it shows.

I came in not expecting much from a small wine store. They recommended a few reasonably priced Pinot Noirs. Long story short I enjoyed the selection and found the store very easy to do business with.
They are now my go to place for wine whether it’s a bottle or a case.

Great new owners have brought a nice and broad selection of wines and liquors. The owners Raul and Brad are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of wines from around the world, and great champagnes including Veuve Cliquot and Dom Perignon (2004). They have a terrific selection of bourbons, whiskeys, single-​malt scotches, among others hard spirits. They also have tastings of the the «good stuff» on a weekly basis — Macallan single malt scotch tasting coming up among others. Prices are attractive and reasonable for the neighborhood. Five stars for selection, price and service.

Corks on Columbus is a gem of a wine shop! I’d walked past it several times since it changed ownership, the new signage had caught my eye. Last week I stepped inside for the first time, on my way to a party – I’m so glad I did!
The wine selection is lovely, and the store is tastefully decorated & unpretentious. They offer a nice variety of wines at various price ranges – including a decent selection of champagnes & spirits – and some unique varieties. Raul (one of the owners) clearly knows and loves his wine! I inquired about a Brunello di Montalcino – and I learned quite a bit about Italian vineyards & winemaking … including learning about some Italian wines I’d never heard of. I ended up choosing a lower-​priced wine with similar characteristics, which was well-​liked by my friends.
Raul is not only passionate about wine – he obviously loves people, which translates to awesome customer service. While I browsed through the store, I overheard him interacting with the customers who came in – he made each one feel welcome and made sure they were being taken care of. He even gave candy to the kids. Really great customer service … plus wine tastings, and free delivery – what’s not to like?

Love this spot. The new owners have really improved on the selection. Much better wines, much better spirits and a very knowledgable staff that has helped me look good with friends thanks to their recommendations.
100% my go to in the neighborhood.

YES! I’ve never written the 1^st review for anyone on Unilocal so this is an honor.
I just stopped in for the Grand Opening celebration and was really impressed (enough to actually right a review!). They were staffed up and able to keep a pretty big crowd moving so there wasn’t much of a wait. The selection is perfect. There are bargain wine stores around the UWS but I like this spot because it’s not overwhelming and the options are great. Beyond the quality, I think they are pricing things fairly. It’s not a non-​profit but I think finding a couple Pinot Noir options from Willamette Valley under 20 bucks is good enough for me.
Its def a family business and I like the warm personalities of the owners. I’m the opposite of talkative but enjoy the conversation while passing through. They know their wines and also run specials which is an added bonus. This place is off to a great start. I’m hoping they introduce the dummy-​proof wine shopping system at some point as well. I’m a huge fan of knowing staff favorites, wine spectator scoring and signs pointing to value wines. (Hoping they read this and consider this!)
Thanks for keeping the shelves stocked and eductating your customers. This is a total opposite experience of the previous occupant!
