Wow, this Chipotle is TINY… Try to picture an island in a gourmet kitchen as the dining area, one register and a line that wraps around the island while diners are eating… Kinda’ gross for diners. Anyway, the food was surprisingly good. Fresh and tasty. Didn’t expect satisfaction coming from this mad house. I was impressed as far as food was concerned. The one cash register for this TINY, over crowded restaurant is not beneficial for business. I must’ve been on that line for about 30 mins. Get it together Chipotle. Haven’t you guys been through enough? This is a fairly new location too, service and the dining experience(as far as lay out) should be dynamic.

I would like to start by saying my food was delicious! However, my service was CRAPPY! Came here a few days ago to get a burrito. Yes they were a little busy and the woman in front of me kept adding stuff to her order(holding up the line). The cashier had a real STANK attitude. I understand we ALL have bad days but this girl ESTHER shouldn’t be working in customer service! She wasn’t friendly at all. Once I got to the register to pay, the lady in front of me was still adding things to her order. You could clearly tell Esther was annoyed. Ester stopped ringing up the lady to get the extra items she requested, but did it as slowly as possible. Mean while there were at least 3 other employees just standing around behind the register laughing and talking. The line started to get backed up and now there were at least 5 or 6 of us standing at the register, just waiting to be cashed out. Despite the backed up line, Esther still found time to have casual conversation with her coworkers that were just standing there. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t get the extra things that the order needed while Esther continued to ring up customers. Finally I had it! I let her know that this was ridiculous(after standing there for at least 10 minutes waiting to be rung up). She NEVER once apologized or said anything. She stood there and looked at me and 3 of the other waiting customers that started to complain as well. She just stood there with this attitude like we were requiring her to work too hard by asking her to simply do her job in an efficient and timely manner! See you can have all the great food in the World but when you have unprofessional people with disgusting attitudes serving your customers, you lose business. This place has too many kids working here with no professional or people skills(proper customer service training) and not enough professional adults. I don’t need to deal with someone else’s bad attitude, I’ll take my money else where!

It’s pretty well organized and given its traffic, the staff work efficiently. However, get a burrito bowl with separate tortilla bread. Never get a wrapped burrito, because they are terrible at wrapping.

Quick and fast and friendly costumer service. Clean area and very close to the train. Typical chipotle.

This is a relatively new chipotle in the area. I’m glad that they strategically put one further uptown near the hospital because the furthest one uptown was on 110th St. as expected, this is a very popular location. I’m impressed by how quickly the line moves. But I must say that the customer service isn’t as great as the other ones in Midtown. There’s much younger kids kind of fooling around back in the kitchen i’m not really paying attention to customers. Thankfully, this doesn’t matter much because it doesn’t really affect the speed of which you get your food in. The chicken seasoning tastes much different then other chipotles, which is a first for me. I have been to chipotles and other states and everything is consistent so this was strange. Maybe it’s the fact that they are so new. Who knows? It still tastes good. There’s also plenty of seats.
