This location is not the best I have entered but clearly not the worst either. Lines seemed really long though, not enough tellers when I did go a few days ago. Will be back if I really need to use the actual teller inside for service in this area.

Abysmal customer service, with a gangster $ 6 fee to cash one of THEIR checks if you’re not a «customer». Well, ain’t a chance in Hell I’ll be a customer now! So much for the «neighborhood» bank aura they’re trying to create.

i called this branch of Chase as i wanted to move from Citibank to Chase. Well, sorry Citibank — these people were actually awful! they didn’t know what products they had and had no understanding of their bank whatsoever.

George, Heidy, Evela all provide excellent customer service (and doggie biscuits as well). This is my go-​to branch and it’s always a pleasant environment!

Just nothing good to say about this branch, it just doesn’t flow here.
If you need anything from a banker, walk up to West 12th St & 8th Ave, Their bankers are grateful to see & help you.
This hell hole just wants to rip your cash out of your pockets.

I use this Chase branch a lot for business and personal transactions. Everyone has always been very helpful and friendly.
The banking reps often ask if there’s anything you need help with that day. Most of the time I’m just handling a deposit or withdrawal.
I have gone into get several things notarized. It’s free if you have a Chase account. Very helpful!
Sometimes the line for tellers gets long or doesn’t seem to move. And of course you see 5 tellers behind the glass but only 2 are helping customers. I’m sure there’s a reason for that, but it’s always frustrating not to have the line move.
There are lots of ATMs… both inside and out on the street.
