A store that just exudes cuteness and the perfect place you’ve been looking for your whole life(ladies?) to shop for something unique, irreverent, but not too stupid to put on your wall, as indicated by their name. Unusual designs by local(?) artists, multiple copies of each, framed or unframed. Everything is the same size, and it’s fun to flip through them. Hard to explain, really, so Google them or just go and browse. Best of all: cheap!

I have been stopping in here ever since they opened, I think it must be 2 or 3 years now, and every time I could spend hours looking through their stuff. They have great prints and, shall we say they are cost effective. its good art for someone who admitting knows little about art. I’ve bought two piece which have graced my apartment and 3 years on I am still not bored with them, especially the one of Great Jones St. Stop by take a look, if for nothing else is a really un-pretentious place to stop by and take a look around.

What an adorable little place. It’s like a cute puppy you want to coddle. This is a tiny little gallery that is filled with prints that remind you of fluffy stuffed animals and rainbows. It’s $ 20 per print, and I would totally decorate my whole room with these things if I wasn’t so broke. It’s a fun gallery to drop by and visit, and the girl who was working there was really friendly. Usually, gallery owners are really snooty, especially if they know that you won’t be buying anything. It was just really fun visiting and seeing the different artistic pieces that makes your heart go «Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww…»

I got off the subway and was immediately lost. To hide the fact that I had no clue where I was or where I was supposed to be, I ducked into this store and fell in love with it. The girl working there was super nice and very understanding of the fact that I am an impoverished student who has never purchased art/prints and had no idea how to go about doing so. The art is whimsical and had a great variety. There are books on the table so you can flip through all the prints easily. They also have a website where you can order everything though shipping is about $ 10. It’s a lovely place to be :)

This place is a great little secret in the west village… I happened upon it because I was invited to one of their openings by a mutual friend. It’s a super small little shop, if you go in during the day, you’re sure to talk to someone because of that. And if they’re doing a show, it can probably hold 20 – 25 ppl max. So you’ll meet the artists etc. They have three prices, print, mated and framed at $ 20, $ 40 and $ 80 respectively. The art is all from starving artists… it’s not«discovered» art. I don’t know if that means you’ll find someone before they’re famous, but you’ll definitely find some work to pretty up your walls with.

I’ve bought a print here– it’s a very cute, small space. A lot of the art is illustration-style, eye-catching. Cheap too.

So I’ve never made a purchase here. Truth. I like galleries, even when they are super small because why not have a small venue displaying creative outlets? Verdict– super small room with an earthy type of art displayed. Options displayed on the walls as well as smaller prints to flip through.
