food used to be better when they first opened. Now the food way too oily and tasteless

hummm… the self serve buffet had a great selection. i wasn’t too thrilled that when food was spilled over the staff would scoop it up with their bare hands and put it back into the container. cash register staff were not very nice — a simple hello or thanks would have been nice.

Huge deli with tons of buffet options and way cheaper than Treehaus on Third Ave. Popped in around 1 pm and it was crowded as hell so be aware of that. They also have the usual salad bar, sandwiches, chips, snacks, drinks, etc. There’s a dine in area too with a few tables — which seem to fill up quickly. Check out was seamless — find the shortest line. I swear people always go to the longest line without realizing there are 4 more registers open.

Café Olympia. The breakfast is very bland. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Whenever I go I feel uncomfortable. They can be a little rude if you dont frequent the place. Yesterday I went in on my lunch break and tried the vegetable lo mein, that was good. The chicken was very dry. If Red Olive was open I would have went there.

I had to take away one star for my recent visits. The checkout staff continue to be rude. I came here with my interns after a late night at work. The hot bar food was way past its peak so I asked about made-to-order. The cook asked what I wanted and agreed that he could make a cheeseburger, fries, and a philly cheesesteak sandwich. The burger was on point per usual, but the philly was blapshemy. There was like a millimeter worth of dry meat, barely any cheese, NOONIONS. It was basically a roll with nothing. If you don’t have enough meat to make the proper sandwich, SAYSO. I was also overcharged compared to the price on the sign. $ 8 for a roll with barely anything on it? This place will remain a last minute option when the budget calls for it and I will stick to burgers.

I discovered this place and thought it was great — until I started to realize that the cashier was overcharging me for my food. I know that the buffet is $ 7.25 per lb., and I put my food on the weight — it was 1.04 lbs, total price said $ 7 something, after tax it said $ 8 something on the scale. The girl next to that cashier asked me for my card and said $ 9.67, but she didn’t even weigh my food! The past times I came here I KNOW the weight was less than my usual other times, yet she still charged me over $ 10. The food itself is okay, and they do have a large variety to choose from, but I think they are secretly overcharging customers.

The Quick: For an in and out lunch, or a quick lunch eaten at the long wooden tables, this is an obvious good choice. The food is reasonably priced, local discount, and lots of options. It also seems very clean. The Details: For strictly the salad bar, this place had plenty of options. One protein plus 4 toppings(any toppings including avocado, egg whites, etc) for one price. There was also ample dressing choices… The options are limitless. I found the salad very fresh and the ingredients very flavorful. I also enjoyed the communal long wooden tables that overlooked Lexington Avenue, perfect for people watching. Obviously you would never go here on a date, or for a big night out. It’s perfect for what it is, a quick lunch and a break from the office with healthy options The Damage: after my company discounts my salad came to ~$ 6.50. So much more reasonable than other options in the area

Great spot for grab and go lunch time food. There’s a pre made sushi shelf, hot food bar, and sandwich bar, smoothie bar and much more. Talk about a taste of something for everyone.

Dirty place, Horrible service. Waited in line for a breakfast wrap for 10 minutes only to be told they weren’t serving eggs after 11… There were no breakfast hours anywhere on the menu. Happy I didn’t get food as there was no a/c in the café and the chefs were dripping sweat onto the grill.

Yummy! My family stopped here for breakfast. We ordered the Italian wrap, energy wrap, and blueberry pancakes. Everything is made while you wait. Then you take to register to pay. The wraps were delicious. Everything piping hot. And the price!!! Wraps were only $ 4.50. What a bargain. Italian wrap had egg white, mushrooms, tomato, avocado, and Munster cheese on whole wheat wrap. The energy wrap was so good we went back to get a second one. Peanut butter, banana, raisins, granola, honey. Wow! And $ 4.25.

I hate their cashiers. They are most annoying and unprofessional. I have no idea why manager did choose this kind of people. Also they are very slow. Looks like they don’t wanna do their job. Doesn’t smile always angry face to the clients. I picked one star between cashiers experience. For food I can’t give more than 3 stars. Because it’s too greasy. You have to wipe out oils first if you are willing to buy any food.

Decent place for lunch if you work nearby, but be wary of the cashiers, particularly the booth operated by the Korean lady next to the burger/pasta area. They pretend they still have not more memorized the cost per order of set menus by now, and will overcharge whenever they can. I ordered a chicken udon for $ 7.45. The cashier punched in $ 7.85 then proceeded to charge tax on top of that. Last time, my order or $ 6.95 got punched in as $ 7.00 before tax. Several different colleagues have shared similar stories. You have to proactively«remind» the cashier each time, and she will correct her«mistake» without so much of an apology. You may not recognize all your customers, lady, but we surely recognize you, especially after all the repeat offenses. I gladly tip only when it is deserved.

Prices arent bad, food mediocre, staff is unattentive and rude-dont order something from the menu and expect it to come as displayed… the staff will then be frustrated when you ask them to correct the mistake. This has happened 3 times. Im very unlikely to come back given other options nearby. You get what you pay for i guess

My favorite lunch spot… workers buffet and smoothies are all top notch. Best breakfast sandwiches out and they keep prices reasonable though the buffet service can add up pretty quickly in terms of cost. Probably the best fruit selection and quality I have ever had… amazing strawberries!!! Yum. I recommend the protein smoothie and you can even pick from a half dozen types of protein

— Good hot bar selection with reasonable price. — Relatively clean — Asian food not authentic — VERY rude cashiers(Owner: not like that before the renovation) — Only accept cc for $ 6 or more

Excellent location and place for brunch. Lots of seats, lots of selections, super clean and friendly staff. Most importantly, the food is super tasty. You can find just about anything at this place.

What a great new to-go lunch spot in Midtown. They have almost any possible station you could want. Omelettes, smoothies, salads, pasta, hot/cold buffet, quesadillas, sushi, Korean, sandwiches, soup, and I’m sure I’m missing a few. They definitely have more options than other multi-station places in the area, and prices are reasonable all around, maybe even considered«cheap» for many menu items. Their lunch buffet has a huge selection of hot foods(all types of seafood/chicken/beef dishes), cold foods, fresh fruit, tons of sides, and even a tiny make your own yogurt parfait section. Everything looks super fresh, especially the fruit. The fruit & granola parfait I made was pretty good. The buffet is relatively cheap at $ 7.25/lb. I’ve also tried their burrito/quesadilla station and had a whole wheat grilled shrimp quesadilla and a bbq chicken quesadilla. They were very good, but something in it — I think the pico de gallo or cheese — was too spicy for my taste. They have tons of variations. I sampled a piece of steak as well, which was seasoned and tasty. The salad bar seems decent but doesn’t offer the unlimited veggies option like Café Today does. The establishment is clean, and everything is well spaced so it’s comfortable to walk through even during the lunch rush. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area! I’m looking forward to trying their juices/smoothies, ramen, burgers, buffet, breakfast, and more of their quesadillas.

Really can’t say anything bad about this place. For a lunch spot it is spot freaking on, and if you’re in the area I’d recommend checking this place out asap. I’ve had a mixture of different things ordered via seamless– the chicken habanero quesadilla, surf and turf sub, the bulgoki bowl, bibim bap(as you can probably surmise it’s one of those delis that has a Korean booth in the back), Spicy Chicken bowl, and Chicken Teriyaki bowl. I haven’t ever been disappointed and everything ranges from $ 7.50 to $ 9.00TOPS. That’s definitely a good lunch deal in the city and everything is very filling. Delivery is quick and friendly.

Café Olympia just opened and ran a grand opening 50% off special all week, so I took full advantage. The service was very helpful(especially when you get that deer-in-headlights feeling trying to figure out your last salad topping) and the food options are seemingly endless. The space is fairly clean and well-organized to accommodate the fast-paced lunch rush. Plus, there’s room at the front to sit down at big tables. They offer a hot/cold buffet, sushi, pasta, sandwiches/paninis/wraps, soup, salad bar, custom breakfast omelets, smoothies… seriously, you name it. It can be kind of overwhelming — I recommend the salad bar.
