Came here for my lunch break as I was working in the neighborhood for today. The food tasted good and my burger actually also looked good, I should have taken a pic but I was soo hungry :). The place is also clean and there’s seating upstairs. The staff that took and gave me my order was friendly and I had no issues with them the only thing was that the ketchup that you pump seemed a bit watery and not thick the way it should be. So I would recommend getting the ketchup packets instead.

The food is awesome here. I usually get meals with my coupons and that reduces the price to half. No much sitting avilable and a cashier has attitude, that’s probably the reason this location gets such low rating. Dah…

I am giving this East Harlem location 2 stars because the food is not that good. Usually the burgers taste a bit old, the fries are dry, and the soda is the worse. I have went to this location too many times and the soda is NEVER crisp. Why is that? If you eat fast food from time to time you want it to enjoy it, not worry it was left for 2 days or that the soda is so flat you want to vomit. It is reasonably clean, but there have been times when I have went and tables were just a mess and no one bothered to clean it right away either. I am not a fan of this location.
