The veggie burger filled me up well but lacked some flavor, I wish mushrooms and onions did not impose an extra charge. The fries were incredible and the atmosphere was friendly!

Burger Burger reminds me of burger & fries from the 1970’s. Burger is Flame Broiled and Fries are thick cut, almost ‘steak fries’ as they used to be called. I do like the quality of their burgers & fries, but I don’t like the meat-to-bread ratio. The bun is nice & soft, but it’s really big and the meat patty is pretty small, so seems like you’re eating a lot of bread. And the price of the burger is somewhat high — $ 10.50 for 6oz of Meat, so it’s not a full ½lb(8oz.). Also, the Milk Shakes pretty much suck, as they have a chemical taste to them, so I’d pass on those. But, the fries are good, as well as the Hot Dog, and might be the best thing there. Then again though, at $ 4.50 for a hot dog, that’s pricey as well. So, Overall, I do like Burger Burger’s quality of food, but their Prices don’t justify a higher rating, which is why I’m only giving them 3-stars. For a slightly higher price, I’d rather go to Zaitzeff Burgers a few blocks away and get a full ½lb burger(8oz) and is of higher quality with less bread, and much better fries that are homemade on a skillet. Just my opinion. But if you don’t feel like walking there, and don’t mind the price, then Burger Burger is a fair option.

OMG!!! The best burger in the area. I had the stuff burger and it was an explosion of flavor a in my mouth. The bacon bits were delicious and the bbq sauce inside the burger just oozed out and so good. And the burger was nice and big too not like other places in the area. Then the sweet potato fries were fresh and crunchy. Just walking back to the office was making me salivate from the smell coming from the bag. Two thumbs up and recommend for any one to get. Even though the price is moderate, the amount of food they give you is astonishing. Everyone should go.

I am a self-proclaimed burger snob, and I can attest that this place is not worth checking out. Food is so expensive for what it is and they have messed up my order on a few different occasions. On top of that, the food is not that good, I’ve definitely had better.

Burger burger… More like cold and bleeding. We ordered a number of burgers from this place — all the same simple medium cheese burger — and they all came the same way, cold and barely cooked. Utterly disappointed with this. Additionally, we ordered hot dogs and fries. Well, we received cold dogs and cold fries. I don’t understand how the heat escaped the warming bags the food came in. Maybe cooling bags? I don’t know. Also, the 10 sodas never showed up with the order. Still waiting for them. I hope they’re the same temperature as the hot dogs cause they’ll be cool and refreshing.

My go to place for burger delivery. Burgers are 3 ½−4 stars. Wouldn’t order anything else from here, it’s not great. But the place is called Burger Burger for a reason. One of the better burgers in fidi(which isn’t saying much I suppose).

Burgers are great, my fave is the CA one with guacamole(but no mushrooms, I forget the name). So the meat is great, but my issue is the bread. I don’t know what it is but it always comes off as stale bread. I haven’t tried the one on an English muffin yet, but that might be next. One of few restaurants that take the Belly rewards card. Gets me a free soda every few visits.

Sorry guys, you were very nice, but this was a bad experience. All I wanted when I left my office was a little bit of sunshine and some fries. I’m new to the neighborhood so I willingly wandered around. Naturally when I saw a burger place I assumed I had hit the jackpot. First of all, this business where there is only one size of french fries – ginormous – is a little annoying. $ 5.44 later, I’m outside with my trough of fries. They were so disgusting. They were hot and crispy but drenched in oil. I literally ate about five of them before I gave up. Gross.

My coworkers and I were craving burgers today(that’s usually what happens when you go out on a Wednesday night and work all day Thursday). We ordered delivery. The food came pretty quick. We actually weren’t in the office when the delivery man showed up and he was waiting for us for 10 minutes. The burgers are seasoned well. It’s not the best burger I have ever had, but when you want a burger that isn’t fast food, but still quick, this is a good spot. I’m glad we gave it a try. When the weather gets warmer, I’ll definitely go try it in person.

This is a small burger counter in the Financial District with very limited seating meaning you’ll be picking up and eating elsewhere. The burgers are mediocre at best. They keep the grill so hot that a medium burger is nice and pink on the inside, but surprisingly dry and charred on the outside. The fries are average. In the end, I won’t be trying their burgers again. With«burger» in your name twice, you only get one chance at getting it right.

Redeemed both a Huledet bday BOGO meal and a Tattle app free beverage here, and both times the food was mediocre, the place of questionable cleanliness, and the staff pretty snappy and focused on the TV. FYI77 Pearl is huge, so it’s a but off the street itself

Eh, I had a taste for a good turkey burger… unfortunately, I was disappointed. My burger was overcooked; Whole wheat bun stale and sweet potato fries were just bad. Anyhoo, probably won’t eat here again.

Well, it only took 6 years but I finally made it back. I don’t get the fascination of this place. What is it? Have the people who rate this place 5 stars not know what a good burger taste like? Their burger is not bad. It’s just nothing to write home about, or text or email. Nothing stands out about it. It’s just a hunk of meat slapped on the grill for a length of time and thrown on a bun. Anybody can do it… Tried the chicken fingers today… Hard, flat, dry wedges of italian breaded chicken something. Are these those frozen chicken fingers in the red box I use to buy from Pathmark? Damn sure taste like it. I would have thought that after 6 years something would change. Nope. I was wrong. I would compare this to Burger King but I actually thing Burger King makes a better burger. See ya in another 6 years… Maybe… Probably not.

Sooooo good! Had lunch here on a Friday. It was jam packed, but what isn’t in NYC. Burger was delicious! Nice, big beefy burger cooked according to your preference with that charbroiled taste, lettuce & tomato. Fries were yummy and the pickle was good, too! Hit the spot!

So far I love — it may have been just a really great day for them. I am usually wary of ordering burgers to my office because the inevitable condensation makes the burger bun soggy, as well as the fries. This place said 25 to 30 minutes and came in about 15! I ordered a cheddar burger with fries and it came in a marvelous eco-friendly sort of packaging — no Styrofoam in sight which kept the burger deliciously juicy(with a wonderful char) and the fries incredibly crispy. Tomato was fresh and sweet the lettuce crispy and cool. Oh and the brioche bun was toasted lightly and still had a crisp– no sogginess! My coworker decided to order the Mr. Flintstone burger which had Dijon aioli, truffled mushrooms and bleu cheese. True to form she didn’t want fries and got the salad option which refreshingly included sliced sweet carrots and(reason for the four) NOSALADDRESSING! Anyway I’d love to visit in person and perhaps take a look at a beer menu to go with those delicious burgers

Seriously, its getting two stars only because its edible. This place sits behind the building of where I work, a friend and I were craving a burger. What we got was dogmeat, at least thats what it tasted like — dogmeat. I must’ve stood inside this joint for 10 minutes and I left smelling like I was flipping burgers allday for the whole day(understand). It will be a cold day, before I step a pinky toe into this place again. Just a note* they participate with Bellycard.

Burger Burger is one of those places you go to and order a burger, maybe some fries, a soda, and you leave. Since I am not a huge burger fan, in general, I had never tried their food until we needed something delivered to the office. I ordered through Seamless for the following day… The delivery guy told me they were in my building lobby the day before the scheduled delivery. No big deal, they took the food back and arrived 15 minutes late the following day. We did not order burgers for the office but we did get onion rings, jalapeño poppers, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. The favorite was definitely the mozzarella sticks. They were crispy and perfectly fried, without melting cheese oozing onto your mouth and fingers. The fries were pretty good and not limp. The poppers were okay. The onion rings had a nice batter to them. Overall, not a bad place to order in some sides and have yourself a nice little cheat day.

I love to give places second chances, especially when the management of the location reaches out to me. Overall, the convenience of Burger Burger makes it a good stop when I’m in the financial district on business. The fact that they offer a gluten free bun makes it even better considering I have a dietary restriction. The biggest drawback is that in the multiple visits I’ve made to this establishment, I’ve ordered a total of 10 of their beef patties. Every time I order, the friendly person at the register asks me how I’d like my burger cooked. Every time, I answer medium. Maybe I should have downgraded to medium-rare over time, but I want what I want, so I stuck with it. Of all the shots at medium they had, every burger was cooked on the far side of medium-well at best and others last saw medium sometime around the time of the Eisenhower administration. Typically the beef was dry, losing it’s moisture and flavor through my entire sampling. In my previous review I mentioned the variety of options they have, giving you interesting combinations of burgers to choose from. They also serve side salads or fries with each burger. If you’re gluten free like me, you’ll need to stick with the salad since many of their breaded appetizers share the same frier. Based on convenience and location, they’ll probably snag my business at least one more time while I’m making trips to NYC. How couldn’t I when it’s on the walk between my office and hotel? However, Burger Burger isn’t a place I’d go out of my way to eat at.
