Overpriced to say the least. Expensive drinks and expensive food which is clearly straight from the freezer and reheated. I would never visit this place again, especially when in New York where there are a thousand better options nearby.

love love love the wings here. staff is friendly, service is good and food is good. recommend this place to watch basketball games — they have a huge screen projector as well as many tvs throughout the restaurant. there are 2 floors to this location, along with outdoor seating(patio, maybe)? i sat on the second floor, which had a bar and a family bathroom. what do i recommend ordering? i love getting the wings here since it’s what they’re known for. i like the parmesian garlic, the hot bbq, and the curry sauce. opt for the potato wedges rather than the fries. sodas have refills. my friend says the burgers are good here too. will have to try a salad next time as well. will come back again and again for the excellent service and wings

The worst restaurant I’ve ever been. The Diet Coke tastes like water. The waiters are not nice. I would never come back here and wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This might have been my worst dining experience EVER! How is it that you can wait 10 minutes for a server, 15 minutes for a drink and then another 15 minutes for food? Nothing spectacular at this Buffalo Wild Wings. With so many pubs nearby, there’s no reason to go here. I’m a fan of other locations, but this one needs a LOT of help! More staff, better management. I’ll never go here again!

Pretty decent wings, tastes great as late night food, but probably not so great for a regular meal. My friend and I split the small set(10 wings for $ 16), half honey BBQ and half spicy garlic. I prefer the garlicky goodness to the sweetness of the honey BBQ. The spicy garlic was medium on the spice spectrum, yet it was already pretty spicy, so I’m pretty intimidated to try anything spicier.

Beers, Wings, Sports, and HORRENDOUS service! We knew what we were getting in to, going to a chain restaurant near Times Square — and weren’t expecting gourmet food. That being said, it was a Thursday night and we just wanted to eat wings, have some beers, and watch the NCAA tournament, so how bad could it be? It took about 15 minutes for our first round of beers to be served, and then a first order of boneless wings, with only one fork. This could have been easily fixed if our waiter, Tony, had come by maybe more than once every 30 minutes. I’m not going to complain about the food, because I actually think their wings are legit, as are the fried pickles. But it’s the awful service that is getting this place its 1 star. It legitimately took 20 – 25 minutes to get our subsequent rounds of beers, from the time we ordered them till the time they arrived, and this after hailing down Tony to go get them, since we could see them ready at the bar. Just watching him work, it looked like he was only in the dining area waiting on customers for maybe 10% of the time we were there. What was he doing the whole time?! The final straw was when we ordered out 3rd and final round of wings. After 45 minutes when they still hadn’t arrived, we were finally able to hail down Tony. Unapologetic as ever, he blamed the kitchen and said he would give them a call(whatever that means) — it was obvious he had never put the order in. A few minutes later and we hailed down the manager. He came over and said 2 people called in sick, and apologized. He then acted like he was doing us a favor taking last the wings off of our our bill, uh well of course you should take them off, because we didn’t get them. When he saw us talking to the manager, Tony came over and looked almost angry, and he said something along the lines of «What do you expect, it’s Times Square». Good point. The manager, Jim, said next time we come back to let him know. Thanks, Jim, but we are obviously never going back, to this one anyway.

I wish this location wasn’t so close to Times Square(ugh), but it is large, clean, and nice inside. Staff is pretty quick and friendly, and I had a good experience here. This must be the only restaurant in NYC that doesn’t deliver! I know the chain itself doesn’t do delivery, but I wish they would work out a deal with or something to deliver. The Salt & Vinegar wings are amazing! I love BWW wings and I will definitely be back(despite the poor location).

This place is awesome for having Wingless Thursdays — their boneless wings are usually on point no matter what flavor you get(and I love that they have so many options to choose from!) I would say their other food items are on the basic side and more reminiscent of other American chain restaurants(ahem, ahem) — you’re better off skipping out on those. Just get some beer and wings, and you’re set!

This BDubs is very nice inside, however fails on nachos which, as all sports fans know, is critical. Nachos here= patch of lettuce with some fried corn underneath The staff is great!

Right away I felt I was in the presence of sportsman when I entered the Buffalo Wild Wings in Midtown. It had been a while since I socialized outside of my neighborhood’s cafes and bookstores and, dare I say, it was getting a little stuffy in those intellectual dungeons. To the surprise of many of my readers, I was once an athlete in my heyday. As an all-county, co-ed badminton player, the local competitors nicknamed me «daffodil» for my grace on my toes. Ultimately, my athletic years came to a close after high school and I moved onto the bottomless pit of conversing with intellectuals. Admittedly, the environment in the Buffalo Wild Wings was intimidating. Many people in attendance had the names«Manning» or «Beckham» stitched to the back of their shirts leading me to initially think I was in a wedding party with these two families. When I reached my table, all the fans around me were letting out primal roars in reaction to the American football being played on the surrounding televisions. It had been a while since I screamed without a conscious; the last time I yelled so loud was at my late-cat Rhubarb for getting overly handsy with the other cats in the neighborhood. It took me a few minutes to settle in and feel comfortable again in the athletic ring. Beatrice, my delightful waitress from Ames, Iowa coached me through the afternoon. She refreshed my memory on American football and told me, «Buffalo Wild Wings is the place to let go of your proper table manners.» I left wandering if Beatrice was coming onto me. Soon enough I screamed and hollered along with the rest of the sportsman in the bar as Beatrice brought on pints of beer and her favorite chicken wings. I stuffed my face without any regard for my appearance or physical health. Finally, I felt like the man I had been keeping inside for all these years. I stayed for over two hours at the Buffalo Wild Wings and took pleasure in the entire experience. On my way home, I passed by my local bookstore and through the store window saw my good friend, Genevieve, leading her beloved puppet show«Socialized Squirrels.» She was midway through the first act and I surely could have stopped in and said hello. Instead, I skipped on home, plopped on my couch, and watched football for the rest of the night. I felt alive. 5⁄5 — I feel invigorated from my experience here. Thank you BWW. I LOVE wings. I hate Times Square. BUT, put wings in Times Square, and fine you twisted my arm, I’ll go. Now, of course, this place is a chain, so low expectations right? I think mine should’ve been lower. I came here for lunch, on a weekday just before Christmas and it was fairly empty, which is great, because being in Times Square, I expect crowds everywhere. Since it wasn’t crowded, I thought service would be great, since there were employees everywhere standing around. Wrong. They were standing around, just not helping. Our waitress told us it was Wednesday, so happy hour all days! Sweet! Boy, was she wrong. Apparently, normally Wednesdays are happy hour all day but because it was near the holidays, all day happy hour was cancelled and she didn’t know about it. The lunch special of boneless wings and fries is a «deal» but nothing special. Our order came out without the fries for whatever reason and it took two tries to correct the error. The manager came over at one point to ask us how everything was, and this is when we still didn’t have our fries, so he paged someone to take care of it. The wings were super disappointing, not saucy, and pretty much like little pieces of chicken nuggets. I’ve had good boneless wings before, and these were just not them. The fries were McDonald’s-esqe and not exciting. The best part was when we got the bill and were charged for $ 8.50 beers. Happy hour, right? Our waitress clearly didn’t even notice, and when we asked her she said turns out it’s not happy hour, with no apology. I suggested she«make it right» since she said it was happy hour and she needed to get the managers permission to do so. The transaction took much longer than it needed to and no real apology was offered. All she had to say was, she didn’t check her emails which would’ve notified her that there was no happy hour today. Sounds like not my problem. Anyway, now I have another reason to not go to Times Square.

Buffalo Wild Wings has always been«meh» to me. There are far better wings out there, especially in NY. When a bunch of out of town friends wanted to grab dinner, we allowed them to decide where to go and alas we ended up here. The wait was atrocious for a Tuesday. I understand that’s 99 cent wing day, however, we were on the list for nearly an hour before they seated us. The entire restaurant was hot as hell, to the point a person in our group said she felt like fried chicken wings due to the heat. They did turn it down after we complained, though. Their beer selection is solid and pretty much the sole reason they get 3 stars. They have a bunch of Sam Adams to choose from. We decided to split a large order of bone-in wings. The Asian sauce was my favorite. The teriyaki and lemon herb were lacking flavor. Our waiter was nice but he did disappear when we needed the check. Overall, this location is okay for non-New Yorkers who want a chain and(for some strange reason) want to be in the Theater District.

I found B-dubs to be way too overpriced for what it offers. Last ditch effort in finding a bar for a drink after a bad day. I crazily opted for Times Square because another place in the area was having a mean happy hour, but they were filled to capacity. I just wasn’t pleased. It’s a chain, número uno. They should really be more modest. My drink was essentially a Long Island, but it was way too fruity. The balance was completely off. Just can’t seem to find a place that makes a mean Long Island. It’s either too weak or too strong. The food didn’t look appetizing at all. Not impressed.

Ambiance: it’s a chain sports bar. So it looks like every other Buffalo Wild Wings… Yellow and black all over! This location has two floors though. Service: hostesses not so nice, servers are awesome and on point! Food: I’ve always liked that they had so many different wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, do try a dry rub one(buffalo one is awesome) and some wet rub ones(mango habanero if you can take spicy)! Pair with one of the many beer selections and it’s a good night in the making! All in all I’ll be back but maybe in a wings special night

Cam here to watch the Giants vs. Patriots game on Sunday. We were seated immediately after my friends arrived and were waited on shortly afterwards. Our waiter was a gentleman by the name of Joseph, who was pretty cool throughout the entire night. I had an apple-flavored ale and the Screamin’ Nacho Burger, which consisted of «a Beefy Burger, Chipotle BBQ Seasoning, Corn Tortilla Chips, Pepper Jack Cheese, Fresh Jalapeños, House-Made Pico De Gallo And A Drizzle Of Southwestern Ranch Dressing». It was really delicious and something I would order again. The night itself was filled with emotions and I had a great time with my friends. I would definitely come back here again.

The wings aren’t fantastic; they’re ok. And sometimes, you can’t even taste the sauce flavor or the sauces taste too similar. I ordered 40 wings. For every 5 wings, you can choose a sauce flavor. So, we had 8 different flavors. Don’t get the honey mustard. It tastes like soap… apparently, they changed their sauce and that is the flavor but it is gross. The best part of the meal was the cheese curds. And they took like 45 minutes to bring us the check. I was kind of annoyed.

Buffalo Wild Wings NY Manhattan Times Square 9pm Friday 6th November 2015 Three Stars There was no wait to get a booth at B-Dubs which was surprising on Friday Night. Our Waitress was training but she was very nice and worked hard. I had a Traditional 12 Piece Medium with Salt and Vinegar, Spicy Garlic, and Hot. There were 7 Drumettes and 5 Wings. My order was fine but Alyssa’s order was inaccurate. Our waitress was no where to be found for the rest of the night. However, we flagged the manager quickly remedied it by getting the right ones.(I don’t think I have had 100% correct table order). The food was pretty good. I was much better in distributing the heat level between the flavors. Hot is actually very spicy. When we were finished, we couldn’t find our waitress so we finally asked another waiter to bring us our check. Tip for our trainee, if you are going on a break/getting phased out, you should tell your table. The problem with BW is that it attracts a certain type of crowd. The group behind us were screaming, banging the bank of the bankers, and waving their hands around my head.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to visit if you’re looking for some good bar food and a place to watch your sports – you name it, they’re showing it here at BWW, whether it be basketball, football, baseball, golf, soccer, etc. A seat anywhere in the restaurant will give you a view of a television. You can even request your channel. Tuesday is traditional wings day and Thursday is boneless wings day! Discounted wings? YESPLEASE! So worth it! They have a great variety of delicious sauces for the wings too! I have tried parmesan garlic, asian zing(my personal favorite), lemon pepper, and mango habanero. The asian zing is my go to sauce, sweet with a kick, SODELICIOUS. I could only eat two wings with the mango habanero sauce. It was very good, but you should have a pretty high tolerance for spicy food to endure a whole bunch of these. Our server was very attentive to our needs and brought everything out in a timely manner. My only complaint is that we were not acknowledged for a good amount of time after entering the place.

I like to come to Buffalo Wild Wings for tues wing special. Usually I go out near the office where it’s truly a special, not so much the case at a location in the city. Anyways I really like wings so headed to this location to get a fix. Waitress started off strong, she was very friendly and really trying to sell some food. My boyfriend and I stuck to an app and 1 small/1 medium order of wings. I always make sure to ask for the wings to be well done. Even if it takes extra time. Hate when they come out gummy and fatty ewh. Wings take forever to come out, they aren’t even well done. Eat them anyway. Server is no where to be found for drink refills etc. guessing she’s on her break eating. We sat for almost 20mins and even asked another server to go get her, nothing happened. Ending up having to get a manager just to pay the bill. Easily could’ve walked out of the place without paying. Oh and a medium supposedly= 15 wings. Our medium only had 12… But we still paid for 15 wings. Didn’t even bother hanging out for the bill to be adjusted, but did mention it to the waitress who showed up still eating food after the manager had to get our check. Won’t be coming back.

Okay, so I’ve been here about 3 times now and so far each time has been a blast. 2 out of the 3 times were during Happy Hour when«premium» beers(which is really like Bud and crappy domestics) pints are $ 3, craft brews(decent selection too!) are $ 4 and imports(it’s only like Guinness and some other dark beer) are $ 5 for a pint. Happy hour prices for beers are insanely better than regular hours when it’s $ 7.50 for a supposed«tall pint»(I think they look the same as your average 16 oz pour but with a different shaped glass and $ 7.25 for a regular pint(my bartender also thought that the pricing was weird, but she confirmed that it was what the computer register said) so my friend and I stuck with the«tall ones» on our last outing here. BWW is a fantastic place to go to when you’re stuck in the Times Square area, are looking for surprisingly delicious chicken wings with a huge variety of different sauce flavors and dry rubs and want to check out some sports — they show everything here from basketball, baseball, golf, soccer, men and women’s UFC and more. They’ll even put something on for you and let you pick the television monitor you’d like it on. Now that’s service! What brought me here to begin with is that I really, really, really love trivia and I discovered«Buzz Time trivia» when I saw some guy playing with a bunch of machines at a bar on Manhattan’s upper east side. Ever since that fateful afternoon I’ve been hooked… after signing up online, creating an avatar and searching for other places in the city that do this all-day trivia awesomeness, it was brought to my attention that all BWW have it. So yep… to be honest that’s why I’ve suggested coming here. I’m a [trivia] nerd, what can I say? Food wise I’ve tried their buffalo wings sauce, garlic parmesan boneless wings, popcorn shrimp, french fries, their Italian burger(omg, that thing is foodgasmic!) and their chipotle ranch sauce(so innovative and better than any chipotle mayo I’ve ever had!) cheese curds… which are quite yummy although a small serving for something that was described to us as being thoroughly«shareable»…sure, by 2 six year olds, lol. I did however, appreciate that when we were between ordering a flatbread or their cheese curds, our bartender(Zara!) suggested that the cheese curds actually tasted better and reminded us that we could pretty much get pizza anywhere. The pizzas were more money so I really appreciated her actually«down selling» us. That’s how you build relationships that translate into repeat business, by not taking advantage of your customers — 2 thumbs up! Surprisingly decent food for a chain, a fun atmosphere, super friendly and attentive bar staff fun clientele and all day Buzz Trivia thingamabobs, I love BWW! Just wish that Happy Hour hours were longer and also included weekends.
