You expect great customer service from a high-end retailer, but Breitling really takes it a step further. My fiancé bought me Breitling as an engagement gift/30th birthday present(pretty good fiancé too, huh?), and Breitling really made us feel like we were the most important clients that ever walked through the door. From helping pick the perfect watch to locating that hard-to-find limited edition piece that they were able to have shipped directly from Switzerland, to champagne toasts and helping us coordinate an engagement celebration. Even regular follow ups post-sale to see how everything’s doing with the watch and surprise packages with New Years greetings and a Breitling calendar, just to name a few. Much thanks to the whole staff who helped take care of us, but special shoutout to Roxy who really went above and beyond to make this a pretty incredible shopping experience. Can’t wait for my next milestone birthday!

An excellent experience at Breitling today, as always. The brand is such renowned and their product is the upmost of quality. Unlike Rolex, Breitling is gives a younger, hipper impression while maintaining the highest level of class. High end watches must be serviced and Pete’s is no exception. The service took about 6 weeks and cost more than any new watch I’ll ever by for myself. You can also switch the band color or get a new band if yours becomes frayed. The customer service, as well as the mechanical service on the time piece, were both on point. I enjoy coming here and look forward to coming back in the future.

I was here for an event and the store is a stunning 3 floor building showcasing the beautiful watches. If you need to use the bathroom, they also have that. They have great seats to sit in as well.

Randomly came in and happened to find a watch band I’ve been eyeing for years, on sale for half the original price! This put me in such a great mood that I decided to treat myself & have my current band cleaned. The charge for cleaning was $ 70. When I returned(at the time they recommended pickup), I was advised the cleaning still wasn’t complete. But because they recognized this was their error, my cleaning was changed to «on the house». Sometimes it really pays to do impulsive shopping ;)

Being a bit of a Breitling nut, I was extremely pleased when this store opened a few years ago. This has now saved me 3 – 4 trips up to the Connecticut service centre to get my various watches their needed overhauls, as I’m able to have my watches handed over to the service desk on the lovely and comfortable second floor and taken care of through the overhaul period. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and happy to go out of their way to adjust for customers with difficult schedules. I’ve found the Breitling store to be honest and upfront with me when it comes to repair timeframes, particularly with some of my rarer watches which require shipment to Switzerland to be repaired. Granted, the work is not cheap. But, if you are a Breitling owner and want to protect the tools/toys you bought and enjoy, this is where you come to get service done. While you’re here, you may just find your next watch looking up at you from the display case.

Brought my watch here for service. My watch needed an overhaul. Took off a star for 2 reasons. 1– they said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete the service and have it back at the boutique. Which wasn’t the case. Apparently the manufacturer was closed the entire August and they failed to give me heads up. Thus, getting my watch back after their 8 week quote. 2– «the complete overhaul» doesn’t seem that it includes the replacement of a crown, which I think it needed. Other than that. The watch looks brand new.

Breitling flagship Store in NYC was a great experience. Rokshana one of the sales staff that was helpful and friendly when i first came in. Also, She gave me a Tour Of The Museum on the second floor(highly recommend if you’re big Breitling or vintage chronograph fan)

Worse service ever. Put in my watch for repair 3 weeks ago, no one called me, I had to call twice and walk into the store to get a price offer, which was ridiculous(450 $ for a general check). They couldn’t tell me when will the watch come back, as the factory is in vacation for 3(!!) weeks! Whatever you do, do not go there. Do me and yourself a favor, repair your watch somewhere else, or just buy a different brand. WORSESHOPEVER.

As a bit of a watch nut I often frequent the more respected Swiss watchmakers. My everyday piece is a Breitling Super Ocean Professional which I have owned for close to 15 years. It also doubles as my main dive watch. I never had a problem but recently the clasp on the deployment buckle became loose. I took it to the Midtown boutique to order a new part. The watchmaker took my watch, disappeared for 10 seconds and came back and said, ‘Give it a whirl’. Clasp fixed and when I offered to pay he said no charge. Great watches and top class service.

This is absolutely the must go to place for Breitling watches sales and service. They are very customer service oriented. Seth Baert helped me with my watch. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about Breitling watches. He was also very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Breitling location. You will know what I’m talking about once you visit them. You will not be disappointed. :)

Most flagship boutiques are stuffy and painful to be in, but I really enjoy the Breitling one. The staff is really helpful and not condescending and I love the vintage pieces they have on the second floor. Great service center as well, come here instead of Tourneau for sure.

What a place!!! As soon as the door opened we were greeted with a smile from the assistant manager Sara Beth who allowed us to browse first without being shadowed. When we were ready to inquire she promptly assisted us and provided multiple suggestions which made the decision making process very easy. Never did we once feel rushed or pushed. Honestly this is the way customer service should be. We initially went to the Torneau store opposite the Brietling store on 57th street and they treated us as if we were inconveniencing them. Major contrast and a massive sigh of relief when we walked into the Brietling store. I would suggest Torneau send some of their staff across the street to Breitling as a training exercise. If you’re looking for a Brietling watch go to the Brietling store!

Breitling spawns over 100 years excellence of craftsmanship in fine watches. Family owned since 1884 operating independent Swiss watch and are equivalent to Rolex costing thousands and some millions. It is not so much as a status symbol but as an investment like diamonds, art or real estate for the appreciation value. The women’s watches of this three-story boutique are beautiful and manifest total luxury. Breitling adds color and vibrant to one’s wealth. This New York location is a flagship boutique where the staff were extremely knowledgeable and very informative to give me the Cliff Notes version of Breitling’s overall company concept of chronograph watches in aviation. The associates take their time, with great patience and are sprightly eager enthusiasm visible, exercised in responding to all my questions, no matter how stupid or petty, from educating me of Breitling’s founding in technical watches in aviation to chronometer-certified movements, and what exactly is Quartz. Surprisingly Breitling’s selected watches are equipped to auto adjust to leap year for the date function and auto adjust to U.S. Daylight Savings, woo-ho! The associate gave me direct and exact responses to what I what to hear as they are honest to the core garnering excellence in customer service without the standard sterling attitudes of being aggressive or abrupt. My other petty inquiry was how long(in days) of inactivity for not wearing a chronometer movement watch will the user need to wind it? Three(3) days of inactive usage. Period, a direct and exact prompt response. Seating is limited for the serious clients who highly desire to purchase a Breitling watch, not for the average browser. A doorman is present for this exquisite 57th Street boutique. I was able to attain a business card to my ever increasing collection. «Breitling Cocktail Party: A Dazzling Summer Night» includes all things Asian specifically Chinese from food cultivating dumplings, Siu1 Maai6/2, Sushi, to women servers dressed in authentic traditional Chinese red. There are no rubbish bins visible in plain sight.
