Beaks were for the wrong bike and first rack didn’t fit. My bike shop couldn’t put the first rack on. Owner resent another.

What a great company! I love my bike and Patrick provided great customer service! I ordered a light that wasn’t yet in stock and Patrick gave me the option to have it refunded so I didn’t have to wait for my awesome bike!!!

Holy customer service Batman! I am now a proud owner of one of their bicycles. Bowery handmakes (vintage inspired) urban bicycles and they are damn good at it. Their Facebook page notes that 98% of the bikes in the US are not made here and that they are part of the 2%. They are affordable to boot. I heart them.
