I am so disappointed today with cashier. Oper#DG97 Trans#124286. After checking my items she throw them in bag, like it is salvation army donations. I told her she should fold it nicely, and she just gave me dirty look. Sorry Bolton’s administration if you do not have a respectful costumer service, you better close out . In such a stressful life you should teach your workers to appreciate that they have a job to support their families. I am hard working RN, I would like to know if I put a surgical dressing on her, the way she treat me, how would she like it. Just remember the way you treat your costumer the same way God will treat you.

Absolutely terrible Costumer service. The clothes are beautiful and reasonably priced but when I went to pay for my items the manager said my card did not go through, she swiped it 3 times. After the 3rd time I went on my account to see if it processed, it did. I showed them and they said it didn’t print a receipt therefore it didn’t go through. The manager suggested I called my bank which I did and my bank said it was on their part. The manager refused to speak with the bank representative. The banker said that she needs to call her number and cancel it. The manager said she was told not to call any numbers and would not help. My bank finally agreed to cancel the purchase as fraud. She was really rude and extremely unprofessional. The young man that works with her tried to be helpful and actually seemed embarrassed by her behavior. It’s a shame because the clothes are awesome.
