Biscuits and bath is the best. Lecy is super helpful and honest. She made us feel comfortable about adopting our mixed Yorkie. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable about dogs and their specific needs. We also took our Yorkie to get groomed at biscuits and bath and the ENTIRE staff was involved. Such a positive and friendly environment. I would recommended anyone to check out biscuits and bath!!!

My puppy Taco loves it here. He’s the tan chihuahua that likes playing more with the larger breeds. And so happy when he’s on his way to day care and can’t wait to go and play with his friends Big and Small.
Place is so clean thanks to Lecy the manager and her crew.
Thursdays night is puppy play date from 7 to 8PM so bring your puppy in for play date and its FREE.
PS… Passerbyers please don’t bang on the glass window… It only stresses out the dogs…

Miserable obnoxious manager. Sub-​par grooming. Never use day care but live in area. Observed on multiple occasions that they have toy breeds and large breeds sharing a small space. Accidents can happen. For grooming go to Remy. Light years better and not any more expensive

I took my dog here for his first day of doggy daycare today, and he had a blast. Lecy called me to let me know how he was doing — she has a great personality! — and when I picked him up, I felt like he had such a great time he would have stayed until close.
The facility is super clean, and they’re super attentive to the dogs. Lecy had such a strong command of each dog’s personality, and was so good at reassuring me that Louie would be just fine.
I can’t wait to take him back tomorrow. So smart to help dogs socialize.

I absolutely love this place! I live in the building and my two Boston Terriers go there for grooming and day care! The only problem every time I walk the dogs they want to go in and stay there. The manager at this location Lecy is amazing! My dogs like her more than me. It truly is a wonderful place!

I absolutely LOVE this location. The workers are amazing, can’t say enough good things about them. They shed tears when I moved because they had bonded with my 2 little dogs.
It’s definitely pricey! But if you can afford it without breaking the bank, best place for your little pup, big or small.
They’re incredibly clean and very attentive to each dogs behaviors. They will put a dog in timeout if needed (which mine have).
They take pictures and videos all day and post them on YouTube

My dog and I love Biscuits & Bath. The care is terrific; the entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I was initially nervous about putting my little guy in daycare (all day, every weekday), but the love and attention he gets at B&B put my fears to rest. Not only does my dog get to play with his friends all day, there are also opportunities for training in obedience, agility, etc.
One thing I find really impressive is how clean the facilities are; there is no overpowering dog smell like there is in some other places. The staff is vigilant about tidying up. They are also great at monitoring the dogs’ behavior. Lecy and Tricia have made my dog a better canine citizen and helped me (a first-​time, helicopter dog-​parent) be the leader he needs.
We have been at the Sutton Place location for about six months and would not go anywhere else. Although some other reviews have been underwhelmed with grooming, my experience has always been positive. But my dog doesn’t need elaborate trimming/​I don’t have complicated designs shaved into his fur.
All in all, I highly recommend B&B.

I go to Biscuits and Bath puppy play group with my new puppy on 58^th and First. I can’t say enough about the staff here. Manager Lecy runs a tight ship, and clearly loves her job, as do the others who work there. I have been many times and am very impressed with how good they are with both the dogs, and the owners. They are excellent puppy wranglers. My dog has benefitted greatly from being socialized in this group. The photo of this branch should be updated to reflect the finished look.

I can not say enough amazing and wonderful things about the Biscuits and Bath Sutton Place location. At first I was hesitant about leaving my puppy Jasper in day care. But I needed to do something. It was a must that he get socialized and trained. We started off in puppy playtime and after the first time, we immediately signed up for a puppy package. Thanks to the manager Michelle who is the absolute best and really puts me at ease. I get constant updates during the day, pictures and videos sent to me. Bath and vet appointments when needed. I know that I am leaving my puppy in the greatest of hands. Even our puppies have become the best of friends. Jasper literally drags me there every morning, he can’t wait to go. The entire staff and trainers are so welcoming, patient, accommodating and so loving. I could not ask for a better place for Jasper to spend his days while I am at work. Jasper and I are so happy. I highly reccommend this location to anyone. It really truly is the best. I now have a happy, playful trained puppy. We are truly grateful. xoxo Aimee

Other groomers have cut Clementine’s hair short and she looks like a Cairn Terrrier not a Fox and a Chihuahua

Stupid I am not. There will NOT be a next time!!!
I was the one who called Biscuit & Bath following the AWFUL grooming.
I sent pictures and they called me back 4 to 5 days later. I wanted Clementine’s hair short not shaved
They are now blaming me WOW
