Big Apple Pest Control

This was such a waste of money, I paid these guys $ 140 to spray ONE room in my basement to get rid of waterbugs — the exterminator told me this should be good for up to 3 months. In less than one month, the water bugs came back at full force but when I called to them them it was not effective, then said there was NO WARRANTY, NO GUARANTEE it would work. (horrid customer service) They offered to come spray again for $ 95…no thanks! Why would I use these guys again if they don’t do their job the first time. THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY, STAY AWAY.

I would not recommend this company. My boyfriend and I just got back from a trip with some suspicious looking bites and as a precautionary measure I called this company to inquire about treating our luggage or ask for any helpful tips. I explained to the man that we just arrived home less than 12 hours ago and within minutes of walking in the apartment we bagged and sealed our luggage in addition to any clothes we were wearing. I am no expert on bed bugs nor do I claim to be but it seems a bit excessive getting my whole apartment inspected and treated. I thought maybe he misunderstood what I was telling him so I tried to explain to him again and he hung up on me. I wouldn’t trust this company. Seems like they’re just out for a big job and would be willing to use whatever tactics to charge a higher fee.
