I had a great experience. They did a complex copy job really well and were very patient.

I’ve been going to these guys regularly because they liked them and they were really helpful. But today they double charged me knowing that I had made more expensive purchases for my boss in the past. They milked me for money I don’t have and I’m very unhappy about it. These guys are manipulative and greedy– DO NOT
do business with them. The only reason I paid for them was because I was in a bind. I am not a columbia student or a trust fund kid. Their integrity is highly questionable.

These guys are the best! Morning after morning, they made my photocopies swiftly in time to ensure that I was not late for class. I found their prices to be consistent with those of other copy shops. I trusted them with confidential and valuable documents — I went so often to make copies that I even managed to forget my credit card there once — and the staff was always courteous and trustworthy.

I only use this service because of its convenient location. I have been using the service for years and watched it grow and change hands. It seems to be a family owned business. What a miserable family. The staff is rude and not helpful and their prices are outrageous. It is such a shame because it is a beautiful facility and a great location. If you can go anywhere else in the city to fax and make copies, I suggest you do. It’s just not worth it.

Outrageously over priced and not friendly service. Cost me over $ 40 to print and scan a 15 page doc. The UPS store or fedex kinkos would do it for less than $ 10, so unless it is absolutely urgent go somewhere else.

Insanely expensive for very little service.
Due to their bizarre pricing it is «cheaper» to print 26 pages at $ 7.50 than 25 at $ 12. In fact, for any amount of pages over 13 you’re better off printing 26.
A scan is literally $ 2 a page.
Go pretty much anywhere else. Columbia copy, fedex, wherever.
