Update to the previous review reflects a one star bump. Customer service finally got back to me on Tuesday (I initially reached out Saturday afternoon) and the woman was able to find my book for me.
I still find it aggravating how long it took to get in touch with someone, however, the woman I spoke to was extremely friendly throughout the process and, as stated above, was able to help me locate my book.

In a city filled with tourist traps and chain stores selling cheap sweatshop crap I I thought I wouldn’t find anyplace worthy of spending my money at.
Then I walked down to the village and found this little unassuming store. They have so many wonderfully unique belt buckle designs. I’ve seen other stores like this around the country but all seem to have the exact same designs.
This store has inventory that is really special and worth making a trip for. Also the sales woman was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cutting me a custom belt to go with my new buckles.
I understand they will launching a new website soon and will also be introducing a line of limited addition buckles for an extra element of uniqueness! I will be sure to keep my eyes open for that.

Awesome boutique store. Pick a nice belt buckle and custom cut leather strap and you are styling in 15 minutes. Many styles to choose from — casual/​funky to business. Men and women’s styles. great service– not in your face but helpful. I’ll be back. Great job.
