This place truly has the best pizza and sandwiches in the neighborhood. The eggplant parm is the best! baked not fried. This is my go to place for the most delish take out.

I ordered on seamless which promised 25 – 30 min delivery. it took an hour and the order was wrong. I called and they said they would replace. I insisted it be here in 30 or I didn’t want it. they assured me. it arrived two hours after the first pizza arrived. and no discount or offer of a gift card. worst. service. ever.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs last night! Was a huge portion and made fresh. Really delicious.

Completely forgettable pizza… good quality cheese but otherwise unexceptional in every way… Cardboard crust and flavorless sauce. Nice staff; attractive seating area; bathrooms are a neglected mess(needs cleaning, urinal out of order, empty paper towel dispenser, hand dryer barely pumps out any air, burned out light bulb, dirty mop bucket).

I didn’t know it was ever possible to get a bad pizza… especially in New York City. This was seriously the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The cheese was like a milky egg curd on top and it was cold. The sauce was bland and the crust was like a hard bread. Never ever again!

Good thin crust pizza. I ordered delivery and thoroughly enjoyed this pizza so much more than Dominos. The ingredients are top notch. Excellent sliced meatballs on top of the pizza. I really like the tomato sauce as well as the cheese. They apply the perfect amount of both(not too much, not too little). Toppings get a little pricey at $ 2 a pop and there are limited choices to choose from. With that said, since these are thin crust pizzas its probably wise not to load on the toppings since you will ultimately get a soggy wet mess if there are too many toppings. For me, meatball and onion toppings were perfect. When the pizza arrived the very middle was a little soggy(not unexpected for delivery of a thin crust) but the remaining part of the pizza dough were still hot, crunchy and chewy. Summary: good thin crust pizza with fresh high quality ingredients at a decent/fair price. Convenient location for those on the UES.

Pizza is pretty good. The crust is thin, cheese is good, and sauce is good as well. Price is reasonable too. They have a 2 slice with soda deal for $ 5.

Ordered from here this morning, 2 hours went by so I called and they had no idea what was happening — the guy kept trying to get me to place an order even when I repeatedly told him I had already ordered(and paid). Called several times, good never came and they were completely unresponsive and rude when I asked for them to just forget the food and refund me. So now I’m out $ 20AND don’t have food. Never ever ordering from then again, and I’d advise you to do the same!

I live nearby and it’s my go to pizza spot. That being said, I’d even say it’s one of the best in the city.

Was the one time I wished the delivery guy got lost on the way and never showed up. Worst pizza ever. Bland, tasteless and crust was hard as rock. I am assuming that the high rating for this place will go into the unsolved mystery file.

Pizza is my power bar. A slice is great for staving off hunger, and those gurgling noises that embarrass you during a quiet session with clients. One slice is perfect for me and does not make me feel more like sleeping than working. Unilocal helped me find this place. Azure makes a nice, thin crust – though next time I will ask for well done to make it more crispy, a nicely sweet tomato sauce and a good cheese ratio to sauce on the fresh mozzarella slice. I thought the regular cheese slice looked too cheesy but will try itl The seating area goes straight to the back in the long rectangle of a store, and it seems quiet. Some tables are too close to their neighbors but it wasn’t crowded when I went in so it didn’t matter. They also have a salad bar where you customize what you want in your salad and standard Italian fare. A good place in the nabe that will probably be my go to place in this area after I figure out how to get them to make my crust a little crispier.

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but they charge $ 2 per topping which is a bit much when you’re trying to design a veggie pizza! Other than that it’s awesome because: 1) pizza and crust delicious 2) I called for pick up and they said it would be 10 – 15 min and they made it happen 3) nice staff that thought ahead and offered us napkins and plates, not at all cheap 4) again yummy! The place is a typical NY pizza place, counter with pizzas and salad bar and not much to look at. I would do this again for quick pizza

I like this place a lot, nice and quiet and really good omelette. I also highly recommend their paninis. Price is also very reasonable and the décor is good.

Stopped by on the walk home, and got a Mushroom«Pie»(guess that’s the correct East Coast lingo and an order of the garlic bread… anyways, it was yummy! The pie — Super light, thin crust. Sauce was light and the cheese… well that was my favorite part! It wasn’t everywhere just enough to make you want more! And when they say mushrooms, they weren’t skimpy like some places I’ve been to, but it wasn’t an overload either. Now, like most NY Pizza joints, they have all their pizzas cooked and heated to order, which I don’t mind at all… the reason for the 4 star? Garlic bread — Well although the garlic bread had enough garlic on it that I’m still kinda burping it up(I know ewww!) I wished it was warmer when served. It’s kinda harsh to take away a whole star, but if it had been warm on the inside, droooool!!! I’ll be back and try some more so there’s always room for an updated review! Woo hooo!

Great pizza, pasta, bagels, salads, & gelato! This is our go-to spot in the neighborhood. The people who work here are all so friendly, the prices & food are great! Plus they have free wi-fi & plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Do you want pasta for days? Order their family portion and you won’t be disappointed! I especially recommend their margarita pizza, it is my favorite. As for the pasta, my husband loves their linguine alla vongole.

This place is new and opened up across the street from my job. I must say I appreciate the diversity this brings for my area because before all I would go to is the Zetsys(which is now closed) and the Subway down the block. It’s spacious indoors, and the staff is small but really nice. The food is delicious and inexpensive! I usually order the Chicken Parm hero and it’s of a big quantity with a side of fries, all for $ 6.95! Really great deal for the neighborhood. The cheese is fresh and yummy and the meat is breaded and a little overcooked at times but still tasty! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because, for a Pizzeria, the Pizza is not great. It’s really crispy– in a not so good way, and lacks taste. I ordered for a company meeting once and the staff was not so thrilled about it, ye-ouch! My advice: Dine in, order anything other than pizza(they have a delicious selection of Heros, Salads, Burgers, and even ice cream, I believe!), and sit back and enjoy a delicious, generously sized meal for a great price!

Saw this place on the way back from the Laundromat with a special of 2 plain pizzas and a soda for 4 $. Ended up getting two slices of Mozzarella pizza instead. Azure is nice and roomy, with enough space for people to sit and enjoy a pizza without bumping into each other. An assortment of desserts including cakes and such, along with the standard fare of pizzas and salads. The smell of the herbs on the pizza made me much hungrier on my home then when I picked up the pizza in the first place. There is an elevated area near the back that appears built as a childrens play area. Not sure if that’s what its intended to be, or if it will be converted to additional storage moving forward, but the thought counts. The pizza itself was good, but it wasn’t heated for very long. It was just warm when I got it, and lukewarm when I got home a few minutes later. Could have used at least another minute in the oven to get it nice and piping hot, and it might be on the side of over-seasoned, but thats a matter of personal taste. I was distracted about getting home and don’t remember if they asked me if a wanted a receipt — I didn’t get one, so I can’t say for sure whether i just wasn’t paying attention or if I wasn’t offered one at all. Something to keep an eye on if you pay by card and like getting paper proof back. Overall, worth trying out again. If they can keep their pizzas nice and hot, and keep up deals like 2 slices of pizza and a soda for 4 $, I’ll be coming around more often.
