These guys are the best! They looked at the job I wanted done, realized there was a better way to do it, then helped me resize the files so they’d work better. And their prices are quite reasonable!

ATC Images provides unmatched service and attention to detail… I’ve done several print jobs through this place including booklets, mounted posters, and large format prints. Each time I placed an order I was smacked by my organization with a very tight deadline. ATC was patient and sensitive to my timeline and provided proofs in lightning speed time. The product was stellar considering this is not a high-brow Flatiron print shoppe that provides the bells and whistles but somewhere that’s reliable, local, and quick. I would highly recommend ATC and would communicate it them via e-mail regarding quotes if you have language barrier issues.

I highly recommend this place. I think the quality of service is very good. I have a complex business card design and I used to have my cards printed elsewhere at significant expense. These guys do as good a job and are far less expensive. I have had portfolios printed and bound here, photographic enlargements and more and I have always been very pleased. Added pluses are that the owner is very courteous and accommodating and even allows me to sit next to him in front of a monitor to request color adjustments, font variations, etc. and I am very picky. They may not be «top notch» enough for some professionals, but again I think they do a high quality job in general.

I just had a poor experience with ATC Images for trying to print a document. I asked for a price quote for full color, and it would have been $ 20 for the 48 pages. Then, I asked for the price quote for black and white, and I was told that it was $ 16. Ridiculous. I should have stopped there, but because I had been going there for years, I asked for the price of $ 5 because they used to charge me around that rate for black and white printing. They said they could print it for $ 8, black and white, three-hole punch, and stapled. I get there, and the document is double-sided(which I did not ask for). They get upset because the 48 pages could not be stapled. How can a printing service not have a stapler for the 48 pages, and why would they decide to just make it double sided in order to staple it instead of asking me? I asked them to re-print it, and I get it without the three-hole punch. They almost try to staple it in reverse order(the way it came out of the printer), and then I just get my document, pay the freaking $ 8 and walk out. I will not be returning. I have been going there for my printing for years now, but this was poor service. I could have printed it myself for the same amount of trouble at FedEx on Houston Street for less than $ 6. And without the attitude.
