iDesign Digital Printing

We were looking for a bilingual wedding invitation and found this place. We only needed about 10 – 15 invitation. The store is pretty small and looks cramp inside. We walked right in and was greeted by this busy lady who was printing. She advised us that the store does customized wedding invitation, however, at this current time due to high printing volume, she provided me a business card and advised me to email her. She stated she will send me few bilingual samples via email. She seems pretty busy and didnt really tend to us. We didnt really feel like as if we were treated as a customers instead being rush and being dismissed. I emailed her right away on my iphone as i was stepping outside the door to
. Til this very date, i still havent received anything or response in email. Not in my junk or my spam. NADA. Sent a follow up email today.
Poor customer service. IDesign Digital, luckily i didnt count on you otherwise i would have been screwed. We found other places and was able to print our own.

Great local spot for printing needs — business cards, resumes, posters, etc. Alison is very helpful! Fair prices and a perfect option when in a pinch without a printer in Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho, LES, Noho, SoMa, etc. Quick turnaround and great quality! A+
