Good doctors, but the office is poorly run. When you call, you have to wait and wait for someone to come on the line. The staff can be rude. They don’t answer the phones for 2 hours every day for lunch! f you pay for their premium concierge service, it’s a much nicer experience, but for everyday calling and waiting to get simple answers, a referral, an update on tests, etc. it’s tough.
