This guy is a pure SCAM he changed his business name to Urban Futons from AGM Furniture.
The address for «Urban Futon» is actually to Manhattan self storage. Business is purely a sham between fake addresses, changing Unilocal names, and having fake reviews on nearly every possible website

I had recently purchased a sofa from him and had numerous issues with this business. As mentioned in the other person’s review, I had to contact my credit card company to resolve it and eventually get a full refund.
I received a damaged sofa and declined delivery on the spot but the business did not refund me and was giving me a hard time to reach whoever «runs» the business. The guy i dealt with was Garrat? I think. He was really difficult to deal with it. I could not reach him on the phone and every time he picked up he said he would call back and days would go by until I had to call back each and every time.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT SHOP AT THIS FRAUDULENT STORE.
