Love this store. I find these jeans fit me better than any of the other jeans out there. I’m both curvy and high waisted, so I find their mid and high wasted jeans awesome. And they stretch and well made. Plus my grandfather’s name was Adriano, so there is a bit of sentimentality there.
Anyway great selection of well-​made jeans that are on always on trend, and worth the investment.

You know what? I purchased two pair of really expensive jeans here. I had them hemmed in the store and they just don’t look good. They are too short. Really sucks because pants here cost a damn fortune.
My beef is the dude who did the measurements was just a guy on the sales floor. There wasn’t a tailor. He asks me where I want them cut and I’m like I have no idea I just want them to look good. Well he obviously didn’t know either, because they came out too short. I should have just bought them and taken them to a real tailor. My bad.

Great customer service! I have only been in a few times to purchase jeans. Yes, I love AG jeans, but unfortunately the price tag prevents me from visiting the store with more frequency. This time I had come in sadly disappointed that the jeans I had purchased two weeks ago just were not comfortable at all from day one and was hoping they would stretch with wear as I was informed. I was amazed at how much the sales people worked with me to get a jean that would work. It was truly fantastic customer service… the kind of which I have only experienced at Nordstrom. I definitely will be supporting this store branch as much as I can when I can afford too:)

This store has to be one of the worst. Employees are rude and don’t care about anything or anyone. What a joke this store is. I now by my AG jeans at Bloomingdales.

This is a review of AG at Columbus/​74th St only. Very poor mannered employees, the type that ignores you when you enter, big smile if you ask to try something, big frown if you don’t buy. They all seem to have a great concept of themselves though (go figure).
AG merchandise is of course very good, the pants’ fit is very favoring

Jeans & pants fit the way my girls life them. That is, the way my wife and 3 daughter’s like them. Sleek. Close in all the right places and washed well. Best part is the tailoring. Guy’s a pro and if you want to look cool but don’t know how, no worries. This guy knows!!!

not only do their jeans fit, they have amazing customer service. If you lose your receipt, they have it on file. if they mess up a pair of jeans they hemmed, they’ll replace it. I got my jeans at the AG store in Soho and will def come back to 1) purchase more 2) get the great service they provide.
