While A&F has a great assortment of products and can pretty much get you anything, the service is horrible. I had to fight with my sales person because she just wouldn’t listen to me. She kept pushing the most expensive(and inappropriate) products or items regardless of what I was telling her. Then she would have an attitude because I didn’t follow her suggestions. All of this for spending about $ 30,000 on fixtures on my house renovation. WTF? I let her talk me into buying their house brand DaVinci. The designs are nice and the price good but the quality is horrible. I bought sink and shower faucets and after a few months the finish started coming off. When I called them they told me that I was cleaning them wrong. I never had these issues with the Lefroy Brooks pieces I bought. They sent me new handles which promptly started peeling. I got sick of going back and forth with them so I gave up and have to live the peeling faucets. DONOTBUYDAVINCI!!! And shop elsewhere. They don’t deserve the business.

I am so disappointed that after spending so much money here on bathroom/kitchen fixtures, I was treated so poorly with follow up issues. Once they receive your money — they wipe their hands clean. Dealing with AFNY was the only negative experience I had in my entire Manhattan renovation. Please read other reviews so you know that I am not the only one who has had problems with this showroom. There are so many other professional and creative companies to select from in NYC who are pleasant and competent.

Wow, just had an incredibly insulting conversation with a sales rep and manager here. Very aggressively condescending when I called to inquire about an order that was placed on my behalf. Avoid at all costs, seriously. Anything they have here you can get elsewhere.

Terrible service as noted by the others here… We bought over $ 16,000 worth of plumbing products from AF and over $ 7,000 were the wrong order or unusable products. Their Proprietary Davinci brand is very poor quality with finishes that don’t match parts that cannot be installed properly. We have been waiting for over two weeks for Mark Fletcher and the sales person to provide even the most basic information. As an architect, I can tell you that you will get FARBETTER service and support almost anywhere else.

I recently needed to replace a hard-to-find bathroom fixture in my apartment and found AF Supply through a web search. The root cause underlying the potential issue with my shower valve /water diverter was unclear, but Michael H. expertly and patiently walked me through the most probable scenarios, followed up with his technical staff and then sent me the parts that were most likely to address the problem. Given the attention to detail and personal service I was bracing for a hefty bill, but the overall value of the spare parts was only about $ 100.00. Great service — Highly recommended!

Terrible. Still waiting 2 months for a credit on a wrong item we had to return. The Manager — Mark –doesnt even return calls. This is what their salesperson’s email reply says today — March 29th: I will be out of the offfice, Wednesday 2⁄23 and return on 2⁄24.
