Ordered off of seamless and the order was very quick, fresh and tasted wonderfully. It’s a bit expensive as a lunch spot but I ordered the lamb burger and it was phenomenal. Cooked very well, arrived hot. My coworker ordered a Greek salad with smoked salmon and she loved it. Seamless said it would be here in 55 minutes, it was delivered in 30! Highly recommend it and can’t wait to order again!

I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed this place! This is one of my favorite places. Can’t go wrong with the food. Every single thing I’ve tried on the menu from the lamb burger to the shakshuka is absolutely delicious. The décor and ambiance are awesome. Reminds me of cafés/restaurants in Montréal. If you’re in Williamsburg you should definitely give this place a try. Guaranteed you’ll love it.

Came here for brunch! Love this place. Just the perfect combo of light and heavy food. Gets kind of busy but on the off days, when there is no wait — my go to place! Everything is delicious. Go with your gut!!! You won’t regret it.

The place is cute in the inside, however the loud music did not match the décor. Aside from that food was ok, I went there for lunch and ordered a sandwich. The biggest turn off for me was the service. The waiter was NOT nice– for absolutely no reason. The entire time I just wanted to leave.

Attended an event in the area hungry for some food at around brunch time I stumbled into this location. It looks like a local restaurant with a twist. My husband and I decided to attack our hunger and eat. I order French toast and a mimosa. I had an option of adding egg and bacon said okay but it was a lot of food. Had to sneak it on to my husbands plate. Location was nice food was good would return.

LOVED the interior. Beautiful natural light. My friend and I both had the Israeli Breakfast for brunch. It was good but nothing spectacular.

I usually consume reviews and hardly take time to write one. This happens only when I am amazed. Either in a good or bad way. This place reminds me people who put up with terrible characters because someone is hot. Amazing food with horrible service defines this place. Attitude and lack of customer service is served with wonderful fusion of middle eastern food. Food is so good so I will stand the torture but otherwise horrible experience. Stay away from people here and get close to the food.

Twelve Chairs is a beautiful restaurant, close to the water. The inside is beautifully designed with a lovely wait staff. We ordered the Hummus Falafel to start, which was SO good. Very delicious. I got the Shakshuka as my main course. It was tasty, but my vote goes to the hummus and falafel there. It’s a really nice brunch spot. Can’t wait to go back!

I don’t like that two stars means«meh, I’ve experienced better» because as much as that sentiment is true about 12 Chairs, its food deserves three stars: it is good food. Gonna keep it short: I give 12 Chairs two stars because I ordered the $ 4.50 order of falafel and it came with no pita bread and no pickles and I didn’t insist on asking for the menu but I was pretty sure it was clearly stated on the menu that all the items in the ‘Hummus & More’ section were«served with warm pita bread and pickles». Wife went there and same thing happened.

I’ve been here before for lunch and I went again after maybe a year later for dinner. This place is great. 1. Chicken Schnitzel. It’s one of the best schnitzels I’ve ever eaten. The Schnitzel salad and the main course is incredible. For the dinner, here’s a tip, see if you can get a half order of the Israeli salad and mash potatoes — they will give you half portions and it makes your meal much more interesting. 2. The meat hummus… my girlfriend is obsessed with this… so am I. The pita bread is incredible too and apparently imported from Israel. Overall great spot, the atmosphere is really nice … however I wish their beer(bottled) was a bit cheaper, but other than that go here!

Not sure why they don’t have 5 full stars. This place is the bomb. Starting with the owner being Israeli and the food being authentic Mediterranean cuisine. I am nuts over their shakshuka! Really, if you go here to have the perfect brunch, do not leave before you taste that shakshuka. ANDTHECHEESECAKE! It’s air, it’s heaven, it’s pure bliss! I don’t even like cheesecake and I could eat pounds of that one. Crazy. Service and décor is top notch! And if you’re an ex religious jew, you’ll love their hamin, a twist on traditional cholent.

I looooove this place! 12 Chairs has a great atmosphere welcoming you the moment you step in; great manager& staff and incredibly delicious food! I’ve been there for brunch, lunch and dinner but never disappointed. During the week-ends, it is usually packed but def worths to wait. When the weather is nice and warm enough sitting outside is as lovely as inside… My favs are labneh, hummus, Israeli Salad, shakshuka and jachnun(weekend special)…

This was a take-out experience that delivered in every way! I was craving a burger and should’ve tried the lamb burger, but there’s always next time. And, believe me, there will be next time… and many more times after that. I ordered the 12 chairs burger with Swiss. I like my burgers medium(and hate when restaurants don’t get this right, but offer you the option) and this was cooked perfectly! Tender, juicy, topped with red onions and Thousand Island dressing. This was melt-in-my-mouth amazing! It was served with these heavenly sweet potato fries– the nutmeg on these makes them even more delicious! My friend actually did order the lamb burger. This was served with these long, home-cut fries. The fries were thin and crispy, not greasy-almost a homemade potato chip. I didn’t get to try it, but I’m almost certain of its perfection. The spicy mayo here is off-the-charts good. I will be sure to ask for extra next time! I didn’t have a chance to explore the menu here, but would love to dine in next time and try a variety of dishes. Overall this was flavorful, executed well, and worthy of many return trips.

The new Kiosk thing they have going on there, has delicious pita pockets and you could actually get a bunch of things from the restaurant menu in half the price+it’ll come in a pita! Yum!

It was great love the interior. Love the seating that is half indoors outdoor. The food was great, the home potatoe fries were really interesting! My ice Americano with almond milk decaf was good! Glad they can make it specially for me hehe. The inside is really pretty and even the sauce for the salad was great for the chicken dish! Would totally come again. Milkshake was above avg too!

Wonderful place for a Sunday brunch! The décor is beautiful, some black and white tiled tables and hints of yellow here and there. Definitely come here for some good middle eastern food. For my party of three, we ordered a Shakshuka(how can you not order Shakshuka???), the Pierogi, and the 12 Chairs Burger. I forgot exactly how much it is to add feta cheese to the shakshuka but I do remember it being a price that I was not comfortable with paying. However, if you like feta cheese, the general consensus seems to be that the feta cheese is a good addition to the shakshuka. On top of that, we ordered a few drinks, the watermelon smoothie, the regular lemonade and the mint lemonade. They also presented these drinks beautifully, which is a plus! As for the food, the shakshuka is spicier than the ones I’ve tried before, but I do like the heat. I was a little confused when they asked me if I wanted bread. I thought the bread was included? But apparently it’s not? And I’m not sure if there’s an extra charge for it. I rejected the offer anyways because I always waste the bread. My friends who had the Pierogi and the 12 Chairs Burger was very satisfied. The 12 Chairs Burger was a big portion with delicious sweet potato fries. It’s a shame my friend who ordered it did not like sweet potato fries. It’s okay though cause I ate most of it at the end. I will definitely come by again when I’m feeling for some shakshuka!

I came for brunch for the first time with friends. We were so excited to try this place out as the menu fit us and our children. When we arrived we asked if we could sit outside bc we both had carriages that wouldn’t fit inside and the day was beautiful and sunny. There were two tables we asked to put together but we we told by the manager that wasn’t possible bc it would be against the law. Of course we were surprised as she didn’t even try to accommodate us. We had walked a good distance to get there so we just stood outside trying to figure out a plan B. As we were trying to figure out where we could go this amazing + sweet waitress walked over and asked if we needed help. She offered to out the two tables together as did another gentleman. We explained what we had been told and the gentleman who’s name we didn’t get made it happen. We were so relived as were our other friends who were joining us as well. Just wish the manager had been more willing to work with us and not write us off so quickly. Now, the food Two of us ordered the Shaksuka which was full of amazing Moroccan flavor and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. The salad was the perfect size and that to had great flavor. The meal without the feta is $ 11 + an extra $ 3 if you’d like the feta. I personally think $ 14 is a lot for a meal that doesn’t have a protein like meat but it was amazing + would order it again. My son had the blueberry pancakes that had a fabulous hint of lemon. My only compliant is that they weren’t cooked all the way through. When I cut them into pieces there were chucks of batter still uncooked. He didn’t notice and I didn’t want to make a big deal. $ 10 and they were fluffy and delicious. Just be sure to check that they are cooked all the way through! However, they were amazing and I would love to try them again and make them aware of what happened. Other items ordered were the: Tunisian Sandwich $ 12 Brie Sandwich $ 12 Greek Omelette $ 10 Grilled Chicken Sandwich $ 12.50 Everyone raved about their food + service. The SERVICE was unreal. We had a gal named Elbra that was sent from heaven. She was attentive and kind. It’s rare when a server will bring children cups of water in a plastic cup with a lid and she did without us asking. She had a wonderful sense of humor and made us feel right at home. Overall we would all return there again. Elbra really set the bar high with such fabulous customer service.

Great place! Went for brunch and had shakshuka with feta cheese which was really tasty and fulfilling. Tried Lychee mimosa which was basically a sparkling wine. Not even close to mimosa and I wasn’t able to taste lychee. I won’t order again. They need better brunch cocktails. Service needs to get better, they seem like not handling being busy that well yet. Schnitzel and burgers look great too. Will definitely try next time for lunch or dinner. Hummus sides look great as well.
