This place does not know how to serve you water. I asked for water 4 times and just tells me to hold on gives you the worst attitude when you ask something, food is whatever but i absolutely will not come back to a restaurant that does not know how to serve water to a table when asked more than 3 times politely.

We have been coming to this place every week, sometimes twice a week, for months now. However the last time we were there we noticed a B in the window, and we will not go back until it is an A. If ever again. On one visit the ice in our drinks tasted like soap, and they still charged us for drinks, even though we didn’t drink them. Then I ordered my phở the way I always do, and the man got it wrong. I ordered with no onions and no cilantro. They went and picked out the majority of it and returned it to me with bits of onion and cilantro floating in it. This is a really cheap move. This went from being what I would consider 3 ½ stars to a generous 2 stars.

Parking situation? It’s in the back. It’s limited as it is shared with the movie theater. Just be careful where you park so you don’t get a ticket or towed(how do they do it Cali again??). The restaurant is very clean which is good! The staff is very friendly. We placed our order(phở and spring rolls) and the food came out fast. The food was good but it wasn’t the best phở I’ve had. Would I come here again? Sure. Why not eat a bowl of phở before/after watching a movie! The only thing is that the voices seem to echo due to the design of the restaurant. We pretty much heard a lot of what the other table down the hall was talking about which was annoying.

I love how close this is to the Norwalk City buildings so you can grab a quick lunch while waiting for things to get done. Their phở is good and I love their avocado shake! The service has always been pretty good when we were here.

I used to eat at this place a lot but not anymore. They were dishonest and lost my trust. My friend who is a Vegan ordered the vegetarian chow mein and they added chicken. When she told them about their mistake, they apologized but just removed the chicken meat. We thought that they would cook us a new dish when they took our dish back to the kitchen. But, NO!!! They just removed as much chicken as they could find and served it to her again. Half-way through eating her dish, she discovered a small piece of chicken meat. The manager offered to not charge us for the dish; but, that is simply DISHONESTY. They obviously cared more about $ than correcting Their mistake and operating a reputable business. I can’t eat at any place that I don’t trust. Who knows what other dishonest things they do in their kitchen without our knowledge.

Phở taste is legit. Does not taste like msg like other cheap places. 5 star for phở taste. But the brisket meat is not meaty like other Americanized places. Steak meat is good though.

Ordered here on Unilocal thru eat24. It was ready fast and it was so convenient. Parking area is small and located behind it, but there aren’t too many businesses actively open next to it. Inside is not too small. Probably 20 – 30 people. Very cozy though. Spring rolls are LEGIT!!! The best I’ve had so far. They put the peanuts and sauce inside and give you a clear sauce to dip with, but I didn’t need it. I’ve only the had the grill chicken ones, but I’m def coming back to try the rest of their menu… to be cont…(:

Number 58 — house special broken rice plate — was delicious! It has marinated beef and pork chop, so you don’t have choose between one or the other. Service was very friendly. Parking isn’t ideal, but it’s not their fault.

This review was for a take out order. We’ve had plenty experience of eating Phở(from LB, Westminster even on the east coast). This by far does leave a mark, but not a good one. It was one of the worse phở that we’ve ever had. The soup was bland and no matter what we tried to do to make it taste better it just didn’t work. The meat was tough and tasted old(and this was the thin slices of brisket) so I can’t even imagine how the Phở with everything(usually the special in Phở places) would taste like. The spring rolls were also a let down. It was too thin, small and bland.

I’ve been to lotssss of phở places, so believe me when I say this place has the best quality tasting phở(same owners as Phở Whittier). Best phở, ever! They have the tastiest broth eve before you add more stuff to it. And their service and staff is amazing. I come eat phở even when it’s so hot outside lol. You’ll be grateful after coming here! You can thank me later.

A Phở place walking distance from my house? Finally! This place was very pretty. It felt like one of those restaurants out in LA. The service was good, the portion was nice, and the food wasn’t so bad. If you’ve tried a lot of Phở places, then I would call this a 4 for broth. But that can be fixed with hoisin sauce, hot sauce or lime. It was slightly overpriced, just about 9.50 or so. Most phở places charge 6 – 7 for a bowl that size.

Meh… A little disappointed. Walking in, the place looks pretty cute and the staff is nice: Went to the restroom and he definitely needs a little updating. The menu had an overwhelming amount of options that didn’t even have descriptions next to them. It would be nice to read what I’m buying. I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls… The pork had a super funky taste to it and it was super super dry. Was mostly lettuce with no herbs… Or at least I didn’t taste any. The peanut sauce was good. Got a Diet Coke… It tasted like metal and super nasty. Is that possible? I sent it back and got Thai tea which is delicious. Also got the lemongrass chicken over broken rice(#60). Was interesting… To be nice. It wasn’t awful but also not screaming lemongrass to me. I probably wouldn’t come back. They’re not awful but also not amazing.

I was very excited that we finally had a Phở place in Norwalk and finally came for lunch. I’m giving them 5 stars for the service and promptness of my food but I give them 3 stars on food(in particularly their Phở) I was so disappointed in the flavor. There was just something strange about the broth and typically that’s what I always finish. I left more than half of my bowl — ugh. I also ordered the grilled beef spring roll. That was actually tasty. I will continue to go to my normal place in Santa Fe Springs — that’s too bad since this is closer.

Finally a Phở spot in Norwalk and closer to home! Yay! Being a huge lover of Phở, I decided to try this place for the first time being they recently just opened. My son and I came for dinner, I ordered the brisket only Phở and the broth was delicious! The only downside was that the brisket was too fatty for my liking. My little one just had the plain noodle broth. I am very pleased that they have two sizes to select from: Small and Large, and very generous amount for the small. I ordered the chicken fried rice for my teenage son and he loved it! It was delicious(I had to try it). I would definitely come back for my Phở fix.

Officially found a go to Phở Place close to work!!! YIPPY!!! Phở Ten 2 Nine is a good place to get your Phở fix. They just opened up and taking 20% off of all meals. I got the #7 Well Done Phở Large: $ 8.50 they give a large portion of noodles and meat. Next time, I will get the small for $ 7.50. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the mood for Phở or just want a good quality meal. The service is excellent and the food came out quick.

I have been quite hesitant to try this new place since I have been getting mixed reviews from Unilocalers and friends. Today, my co-worker decided to treat us to phở since she is a fanatic and has been waiting for this place to open for months. She called in the orders and did a pick up. To go packaging: The soups were in styrofoam containers. The noodles/beef/onion shreds were placed in a white plastic bowel(nice). Soup base: The broth was definitely not as rich as the better places I have been to. Normally, the broth has a very beefy taste; like it has been cooked in real hefty beef bones for long hours(the good stuff). Not here though. If you are not a picky phở eater, this place may pass your rating with flying colors but for serious phở eaters, it is just not up to par. Rare steak: The meat quality was good and cooked to the desired temperature. Well done brisket: The meat quality was very poor. All the other phở places I have been to serve lean brisket but the brisket here had a lot of fat. I ended up throwing a few long pieces away since it was pure fat(see photos). Bean sprouts and basil leaves: They put wet bean sprouts, a few jalapenos and one tiny stick of basil(un-fresh and a bit squished) into a regular market plastic bag tied with a rubber band. We had to dry off the excess water that the bean sprouts were sitting in. shrimp and pork spring roll($ 4.50): The presentation of the roll was very poor. The lettuce used is regular iceberg and not romaine. The shrimp is smaller than other places and the peanut sauce for dipping did not taste very gourmet. Portion size: Smaller than normal. Grand opening discount & pricing: There is currently a 20% discount off your tab until the 27th of November for their grand opening. However, the normal pricing is more expensive compared to other places I have been to. Regular $ 7.50. large $ 8.50 with exception of seafood noodle soup regular $ 8.50, large $ 9.50 Overall impression: Even though this is the closest location near my house, I will not be a returning customer. I am happy to pay more for better quality food but this place just does not meet my expectations. There are plenty of other phở locations in la Mirada, Whittier, Cerritos and Artesia which provides better bang for your buck.

It just opened last October 27. When you go inside the ambience is nice. People greet you with a smile. Service is good. Three stars is just temporary. I’ve been to other Vietnamese places in San Gabriel Valley. And of course it’s way different over there. But this is decent enough you can get around the Norwalk Civic Center area. I need to try more of their food, but it’s worth coming back.

Had the #8 brisket and rare steak — overall the soup is delicious. The only drawback for me was that the brisket was all fat, which was a bummer. Service was good, but they were really busy too so a wait was expected. I ordered the chocolate milk tea with boba. My drink came and didn’t have boba in it. In spite of that, the drink was good! I’ll chalk it up to the new business opening, and I’ll definitely be back!
