Don’t recall if I ever left a review for this place but here we go. I really enjoy KFC’s food but please do not go to this location. At least three times in the last couple of years they have messed my order up or did not include something that was on promotion. Arguing that whatever I saw on television or on the radio wasn’t current. Then I took it to the next level and went to KFC’s website. There I complained about the various things that are going on with this location and asked for a call back. Guess what, never got a call back, an email, nothing. This organization just does not get it.

this spot is very badddd… they never have nothing ready… i always have to wait atleast 15 mn all the time to get my chicken… how is it possible they run out of chicken if thats a chicken spot… they need to get a better manager that could keep up with the customers… & i know why they never have chicken. is because the manager takes all his family to eat there. i seen it happen… do not go threre…

never going back, manager dropped the pen in the drive thru so I opened my door to reach for it and the manager pulls my door banging it on the wall chipping the paint on my brand new BMW. when I go inside to talk to him he threatened to call the cops on me so I did him the favor and called them. I know this isn’t about the food quality itself but if the store manager refuses to take responsibility for his actions how can he lead the rest of his team.

I have been to this KFC a few times and tonight will be the last! They just never seem to get it right at all. I asked for a two piece, only received one. Asked for French fries, got mashed potatoes. And the list continues from there. The woman read me my order back correctly, but what was in the bag wasn’t close to being correct. Every time we go here it seems to happen, whether we go inside or go with the drive thru. If you want the food you order, you’re probably better off at a different restaurant.

worse drive tru experience I ever had. wait time is ridiculous. it look 10 mins to get my order and another 15 mins until I got my order. there was only one car ahead of me. hey need to hire more employees & employees should treat their customers with priority. this location is missing it all.

This has got to be the worst run KFC in America. I walked into the place and the young cashier lady was just getting her money to start her swift. The assistant manager I think his name was Brian was assisting her and yelling at the guys on the food prep line in Spanish. I stood at the counter and neither one of them said a word to me. No statement of I’ll be write with you, no sorry for the wait, nothing at all. The lady just stared at me after I walked out. I don’t think that they know what customer service is, politeness or class. The fact that they made that asshole Brian assistant manager is baffling. I also don’t think they like Caucasians at this KFC. I will not be returning nor did I even get to eat this time because I would not trust them serving me food based on their customer service.

Not only did they charge me the wrong amount but they gave me thw wrong order! I had to go back and wait 10 minutes (no joke) for a dry piece of corn. Never again KFC!

Management doesn’t know what they are doing. They serve the person behind you first with such a large order that now you have to wait for more chicken. To top it off it was the manager who did it. They lack in any customer service at all. Didn’t even get a sorry or apology.
