Imperial Barber Shop

Hours posted until 5:00 pm, Asian lady inside would not open door at 4 pm. I could see her inside. Even knocked on the door. If they don’t want to take customers late in the day they should change the posted hours or at least keep the door open and talk to the customer.
Hiding inside and locking the door is very unprofessional.

Came in last minute thank God they were open til 8:00!!! The barber knows his stuff my son moved and he still was able to fix it and make it look clean. Seems there clients matter they took another kid in even when it was almost closing time, service like that I’ll definitely being my son back!

This Barber Shop really cares about the customer experience. As soon as you walk in you see the space is big enough to seat over 20 customers and they also cater to your kids. They have a great kids play area that will keep your kids entertained while you get your haircut. Also they always have the latest movie showing in their lobby area while you get your haircut. The best thing about this place are their hours, they open at 8am which is great for me because I can get a haircut before going to work.
The level of customer service is second to none, Beatriz and Joe always make it a priority to make you feel at home.
The prices are great, $ 12 for a fade is a steal for the level of service.
I definitely recommend this place especially for anyone who has a busy schedule like I do.
Make sure you give them a try!!!

After going to some real shit holes they call barber shops that employed unprofessional douche bags in the area I found this shop and thank god my search is over. Jacob does a great job on my hair every time and he’s very professional. The ambience is great and everyone is very welcoming.

Imperial Barbershop is the#1 shop for men and women the feeling is so welcoming my husband loved his haircut from Jacob clean and perfect this is the spot! Will never go anywhere else!

This is a great place it might need to get better in little areas but those areas don’t consider the hair cutting i think they cut great hair. I love it

Best barber ever! Ask for Beatriz the owner she cuts great female and male hair. She also threads eyebrows really well.

The owner is the best at cutting hair by far however she’s not there all the time. Totally understandable since business is doing well but there are too many new faces to keep track of. Not to be nitpicking but after getting comfortable with a couple of barbers you tend to gravitate towards them.
On my last visit there was a gentleman cutting hair in street clothes and wasn’t as «prompt» as other barbers. Luckily there was someone else there and I just waited for her. Don’t really bother with names since like I said they often change. Service and prices are still great and the end result is a clean haircut. I will be moving soon so I’m unsure if I will visit again and overall I was happy with my experiences.

i was very upset with the owner. she hired this guy joe even though she knows his not lincensed. she still has him cutting hair in the barber shop. i arrived there one afternoon the place wasnt busy at all, joe was the only one there shaving. i asked for a low fade and no line on the side. i ended up witha pan line all around my head. no fade. i called betty the owner i explain the situation she asked to return and she will fix it. she fixed it sh also charged me again the ten bucks. i was furious!!! not becausei paid. i expected her to fix my haidlr n reprend her employee for fucking up my hair… she didnt and whe was like whatever. so i will never attend this location. poor customer service!!!

The place is never open on time, so be careful if you want an emergency haircut at 8am. I called it quits after waiting 15 minutes before I went to a different place.

One week later the gentlemen in the barbershop stopped me in the street remembered my name my face and politely spoke to me apologized for the mishap and gave me his card and told me to comeback and will make sure that it won’t happen again… I changed my rating on this review because he remembered my name, my face, and he took the time to stop what he was doing and talk to me not many people go out there way and Do things like this I understand he was a busy person and it means a lot to me… I will be going back the next time I need a haircut and giving one more try… Thank you Joe great customer service!

Came to this place on a Saturday around 530pm… Surprising there was no line lady came upto me and was glad to cut my hair… I asked for the usual 4gaurd on top 1gaurd on the sides low fade please she says ok… During the haircut there was no conversation with the lady she was quiet I thought she was really concentrating I notice a lot of different things than the usual and when it came to the fade portion of the hair cut it was way to high!!! Ridiculously high! In my head I asked this is what she calls a low fade I wonder what a high fade looks like…
I paid for my haircut even tho it was all wrong messed up the front the back the sides the whole thing was wrong… I left and I was so upset I came back and let her know a low fade is lower than what you cut
