Burger King

I’m a Burger King fan, esp lrg double whopper s my fav and always. The food here is as great.
This location has got very friendly staff, spacey environment, and comfortable dining atmosphere, bright and clean.

So I came to Burger King to eat after many many years of not eating there. Due to personal reasons and taste. After trying something new for myself more than ever I can go back to not eating some things that they offer on the lunch/​dinner menu. Let me get to it. The flame broiled Chicken burger is unfortunately not what it’s broiled up to be. It’s a wonder that some moron at Burger King said hey let’s make this sandwich but let’s put everything on it imaginable BUT don’t let it have any relative FLAVOR or TASTE whatsoever. Needless to say I should’ve felt filled up right? Naw I went and ate again elsewhere in the latter part of the evening which I probably wouldn’t of done so hence the looking forward to a fulfilling chicken burger sandwich from Burger King. In all honesty the Chicken Fries were not too bad tasting and I should’ve gotten 2 of those boxes and probably would’ve felt better. The Bar b que sauce is questionable, seemed like a 3^rd rate sauce. But as the saying goes you can’t have everything in life. So yes 3 stars is being kind. 1 for the French toast sticks, 2 for the service it can actually be pretty pleasant and comfortable and the 3^rd just to be cool about the establishment in the area it’s located in. Have fun with this because it’s only an opinion about that chicken burger sandwich from Burger King.

Basic food.
But how do you Koy have BBQ when you order nuggets? Like really? Then have an attitude about it when I ask what other sauces you have?
Then I pay for my order thru drive thru and immediately tell me, park on the side and they would bring it out to me and I waited for 10 minutes!

The food was typical fast food. Nothing spectacular, BUT the place is surrounded by a bunch of bums!!! They kept harassing me. Def won’t be coming here again

Manager is extremely rude. Food is not prepared correctly, just sloped tohether. Fries and buns are always old at this location. Bathroom is filthy! This will be my last time to this location.

This place has horrible customer service. The manager is so rude when have a complaint about my meal she jus ignored me and when did answering it was wit a attitude!

Very very slow been sitting in drive threw for 30 mins for only 2 cars in front of us.

I can see why this location has a one star average. First of all under their value menu it says that there are 4 piece chicken nuggets are $ 1 but they charge you $ 1 and 19 cents for the four piece chicken nugget even though it is advertised as $ 1 see the picture. When I brought it up to him he said well I don’t know what to tell you but the menu on the inside says a dollar 19, but I was in the drive thru! They have a number to call and tell how you felt they are doing, I think I will call and tell them that!

Worst service… idk but wrong order and didn’t give half the stuff I order I have to ask for the stuff I order again and they still missed to give a burger I order .skip this place and go for a drive for a other bk

Worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Tasted undercooked and like rubber, how do you mess up putting a frozen piece of chicken in the oven and pressing go. Will never eat at a Burger King again.
Burger King you suck!

Language barriers. … Yuk! I should not have to speak Spanish to place a regular order.

If I can give NEGATIVE stars I would!!!
We have try these place a total of three times and all of them were a disappointment.
They have the meat/​chicken parties pre-​cooked which makes the sandwiches very DRY. The cheese doesn’t even melt and the employees don’t even bother trying to heat it up a little bet.
All the times they are UNDER staff and the place looks very lonely over all.
I would be willing to WAIT longer if that meant they cook it as we order so we could have a good meal BUT I think this was the last time we come to the BK.
I rather drive further for the next BK.

I have given this Burger King a number of chances over the last few years and has failed every time. Here is my experience from this week:
Double cheeseburger– dry meat, dry bun, cheese not melted
Chicken nuggets– darkly dis colored, dry exterior as in over cooked or sitting out too long.
Fries way too salty.
No lemonade, fanta was not proper flavor, soda counter disgustingly filthy
Child’s high chair dirty and seat belt is broken.
Employee on phone instead of working.
Should I keep going?

I wouldn’t even give them one star, but Unilocal won’t let you. This is one of the worst Burger King or fast food establishments I have ever ate at, food is bad, service is slow, and horrible attitudes. The first and last time I ate there, I got food poisoning from their angus burger, so I paid more for something you would think would be good, and instead I paid to get food poisoning. I was so made that these people ruined my night, because of their work ethic, they need a new manager, one that actually cares. there is no reason anyone should get sick from fast food, maybe indigestion, but NOT!!! food poisoning, that is just ridiculous… the employees act as if they don’t care, probably because they don’t, there is no fast in this fast food, by the time you get your food, it’s cold, one of the employees acted as if I was being an inconvenience, which is ridiculous too, if he doesn’t want to work as a server, then go collect welfare like the other lazy people do in our society do…

Probably the second worst Burger King I have ever been too. The restroom was closed. It took a long time to get my order. At least the order was correct and tasted good. Plenty of seating inside.

Fast food chains deserve to be reviewed just like any other establishment.
This location needs some help from their corporate offices!
Here’s are some segments from my conversation in the Drive Thru:
Me: …and I’d like apple slices with the kid’s meal please.
BK Employee: Oh, we’re out of apple slices.
Me: Ok, I guess I’ll take onion rings with it then… with Zesty Sauce please.
BK Employee: We’re out of Zesty Sauce.
Me: (sigh)
BK Employee: What would you like to drink?
Me: Dr. Pepper please.
BK Employee: Oh man– we’re out of Dr. Pepper right now.
I was thinking: Why don’t you order for me. You probably have a better idea of what’s in stock right?
THEN, we parked so the little ones could run in to use the bathroom. Would you believe that BOTH BATHROOMS were out of order??? I asked the guy at the counter if there was an employee bathroom that I could take my kids to since they had to go «really bad.» He said, «You can go across the parking lot to Taco Bell.»
Really? You should have suggested that when I started ordering!!!
This was bar none, the absolute worst BK experience in my life. No exaggeration.

slow service cold food, fries cold not a happy bunch of employees always on cell phones and a very dirty store ! no thank you !

I went in for their new $ 1.00 slush and they didn’t have the cherry flavor made… had to get the cola flavor and it wasn’t as good. But it’s still a quick and cheap alternative to others out there…

Who ever runs this Burger King never have any condiments it seems like. No hot sauce, no ranch, etc. Talk about trying to save a buck…
