Very nice staff. They know how to say good morning and have a nice day. I am here about once a week, every Saturday and if im lucky some other day in between as well… im never disappointed. Great job to the manager for your awesome staff

I’m not the type to give a business a bad name, but the quality, appearance, and service at this McDonald’s is just sad. I understand that businesses get busy, but it’s the same problems EVERY TIME we go here. Our food looks like they just threw it together, our caramel sundaes were mainly all caramel and barely any ice cream, our french fries are ALWAYS salty (when we ask for lightly salted, they don’t even bother to put any salt), the person in the drive thru doesn’t know which drinks are diet and which ones are regular (and they’re the one that just filled the drinks), they forget to put some of our order in our bags causing us to have to drive back and get it. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald’s to us and we only go here when someone’s craving it. Every time we go here, we always hope for a better experience, sad to say that doesn’t happen. Maybe they need to train their employees a bit better?

This is a pretty good McDonald’s all in all. I think their dine in service is overall a little bit slower than their drive through. Their customer service is pretty good too. I’ve been there multiple times and consistently had good experiences. It’s super nice that they added the all-​day breakfast feature recently, and their pancakes are actually really good.

But… This one is special because THIS particular McDonalds has the fastest drive-​thru in the planet lol. Even if there are 10 cars in the line, you’ll be out of there in like three minutes. They are EXTREMELY fast. if you’re the only car in the drive-​thru, you’ll get your meal in less than one minute. It’s kind of crazy and always blows my mind how fast they are. I usually go here if I’m grabbing ice cream or iced coffee for my coworkers after lunch because it’s speedy and I’m back in my office in no time. Don’t be discouraged if there are a line of cars waiting because there are a bunch of Speedy Gonzales’es working in this [very] fast food restaurant.

Only 2 stars for today because my Frappé was good. How hard is it to make a sausage Mc Muffin with the muffic extra toasted and not the sausage? I asked and they even repeated it. Only the muffin extra toasted and not the sausage… still got it wrong. I came to work and bit into a freaking rubbery piece of sausage that had been completely over microwaved. Over cooking it will make it dry, Over microwaving it will make it rubbery. So disappointed. They are usually great in the mornings but once again… more $$ wasted on dumb shit from Mc Donalds. Hurry up with the electronic ordering so there are less mistakes on peoples orders. They don’t deserve $ 15. :)

This location needs to hire some English speakers to work the drive thru and registers. It’s like speaking to a wall sometimes, and in the drive thru it’s hard to know if they got the order correct or not. Asked for light ice in my tea and got more ice than I’ve ever gotten before! Ordered a McChicken with no mayo and got mayo! It’s appalling to know these people will make $ 15 an hour in just a few years

I rather eat dog food than eat GMOs from McDonald’s. By the way not even flys or bugs would not eat that cause there food never decomposes. Oil fat suger salt is the only original ingredient. If you want cancer.diabetes. Memory loss please rate McDonald’s a five. They suck. If your hungry go eat some real organic food from the earth not in labs

Lately the drive thru has been very very slow. And the orders have been messed up. Not getting your complete order. Getting what you did not order. And worst of all for was being told to pull aside and wait for my order which took 20 fricken minutes. The service here is just bad now. The least they could do is compensate their customers with some freebies. Just saying.

Ordered a mcdouble with no onions and pickles at the speaker. When we got to the first window the receipt didn’t show no onions and pickles. Got to the second window, my boyfriend asked if there was onions and pickles, the woman said no so he pulled out the burger and showed her the mistake. she then told us to drive forward and they would bring it out for us. When we pulled forward my bf decided to go down and change his soda flavor inside at the fountain. When he came back, he told me the ladies were talking about the order saying he changed it at the window and this and that so while he was changing his drink he yelled across the McDonald’s saying no he didn’t change his order. And they got all quiet and handed him the burger. Haha, so awkward.

Have to say I give this particular place to many chances. Clearly you get what you pay for. & this is my last.
Running late for work this morning. Thought would be good idea to pick a fast food place for breakfast, bad idea. Drive thru was a 3 – 5 minute wait. Deluxe breakfast around $ 5 bucks no big deal. Until I wanted to eat it. Had the yellow watery substance on the pancakes, bread & the most uncooked eggs I have ever seen. (Of course I’m not eating it!)… Don’t feel like going back to get my money or other food. Last time I went, had to wait 10mins for the lady to serve me large fries because she only filled half way, asking for ketchup is like asking them to make it on their own, sauces? Good luck getting at least one. Always running out of condiments. Customer service, depends on what day & time.

I have been here a few times. I would give a 1 star just for the girl who called me a sir when I went to pay. Do I look like a guy? scary. We went through the drive thru, and I do not eat mc donalds but I came here for my daughter. She ordered chicken nuggets and french fries. She likes them. She ate all of the food here, so I am guessing that it was cooked well. The lines were not long, and we got through here very quickly.

Not much into fast food but the service here is great.
George took my order during a cruddy stressful day that I was having and the customer service was so good at the drive through it helped my day along.
George, your manager should be proud and the owner of this mc Donald’s should be aware that George and izack (spelling not sure… ooops!) have turned us from our in n out routine to the mc Donald’s location.
What ever you have to do keep these two men happy, because they are the ones keeping the customers returning!
