Service has gone to crap. Called in a simple Matzo Ball soup order. Was told 10 mins. Arrived 15 mins later and nothing had been made. Was asked 3 times what side I wanted(bagel chips) and I end up with Rye Bread. Wtf! I’ll wait to get my order right and pay extra too. It’s a simple soup order bruh!

So-so at best. Went for a late breakfast and the service was just painfully slow. Nothing special about the food either. I guess it’s a couple of bucks cheaper than Jerry’s or Brent’s, but the deli scene in town is sucking matzo balls.

So delicious and such a friendly, helpful staff! After years of my boyfriend raving about Weiler’s, I was finally able to try it myself. I got a club sandwich and fries — huge portions and a fantastic meal. The sandwiches were flavorful and the fries crispy. The rest of my party enjoyed their food as well. Prices were a little more than I normally like to pay otherwise, but it was worth it. The interior is a little dated but I think it gives it some charm, personally. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the pastrami and corned beef I always hear about from my friends!

Came in for lunch had a misunderstanding with a server but the owner(believe his name was dan) took care of everything. I had an amazing BLT sandwich with coleslaw and chicken soup. This place still has an amazing bakery as well with there own made in house cookies and sweets. One true gem of that’s still in the valley. Will come back for sure!!!

Ordered matzo ball soup to go. When I picked up, the amount of broth looked skimpy. I asked if eating in, they served more broth. Answered Yes. I asked for additional broth. The girl charged additional $ 5.95. I didn’t like the amount, but decided to pay and leave, and maybe not return. After sampling soup at home, I threw away. It was so salty I could not eat! Plus, there was zero chicken! I suspect they only used chicken bullion cube and added carrots. This was NOT the first bad experience! NEVER again for me!

I’ve enjoyed Weiler’s lunch on a number of occasions. I worked in the area, and grabbing some Weiler’s to go was always a good choice. The staff always courteous, and helped me every time I couldn’t make up my mind when choosing what to order! Always been a fan of club sandwiches, and Weiler’s definitely satisfies my craving each and every time! Thanks for the years of delicious food, friends!

Been here many times. Food is very good. Tonight I had the hot corned beef. It was tender and flavorful with hints of spice. Why the 3 stars? If you order a sandwich and side, no problem. If you make any changes they don’t seem to show. This order was to go. Asked for the steak fires well done, they were soggy. Asked for a side of Russian dressing. Didn’t get it. Also asked for an extra side of pickles that I didn’t get. It’s small stuff but it’s happened before.

Save your money… It got two stars because the people where very nice. The food all seemed to be from a can or frozen and heated up. My wife’s roast beef melt had little to no flavor. My jevos rancheros was canned beans and canned tomato sauce.

Our server Will was super friendly! We Had the Chicago Dog and Chef salad. The dog was delicious. I loved the roll. Can’t beat having the spicy mustard with a good grilled dog. The salad has a lot of meat and cheese. Big salad! A great deli!

So much like grandma made. Too bad we can’t eat here every day. The waiters are so genuine and attentive. Especially that Will character. Plus his voice sound EXACTLY like Robert Downey Jr.

My experience with Weiler’s was unfortunate. As soon as I came inside, I saw what seems to be the manager and one of her associates chatting. I have no issues with associates talking to one another, but I do believe that when a customer walks in, they should be greeted. I’ve worked in customer service long enough to know a greeting is basic and honestly expected. I stood in front of the register for a long while and nobody said a single word to me. Finally, I had to walk over to where the waitresses pick up menus and just grabbed one to figure out what I wanted for my to-go order. Even once I knew, I still waited to see if anyone would bother to say hello. Finally, a young, new waitress came out and greeted me. She was nice to me, but I could tell she was nervous and she was being given no help or direction. She barely knew what my order would have inside of it. I don’t have any qualms with her, more the management that should be with her, helping her out. When the manager did come over, she just looked at me, asked if the waitress was fine and left. She didn’t seem to really care. I finally got my order in after 20 minutes, got my food and then left. The food itself was fine. I ordered a bagelwich and it was truly nothing special. I really hope this is not a usual experience for people, but it was mine and I don’t think that it’s okay. The inside of the restaurant seems to have that mom and pop feel, which is nice, but I sincerely hope they work on their customer service skills.

This location has been here a long time. First time for me eating here. On the weekends this place is busy for breakfast. So several family members got together to start planning our Grandma’s 90th birthday celebration in May of this year. This location seems to do well, several employees seemed to be helping each other out, which is always a good sign. The menu is extremely large, so many pages to look threw. Most of all the prices are a bit expensive, but this is North-ridge. Not sure why they bring out pickles and sliced carrots out to your table for breakfast in the morning. I believe that’s there tradition. They still also do things the old fashion way, by writing the orders down on a paper and then put on a wheel for the cooks to review and began to make your order. So maybe a pos system would help expedite and most of all speed up their service times. There deli cases seem to be a bit over-whelming with products in them. To much. Presentation is key in your cases, most of all cleanliness. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.035/100

Disappointing. My grandparents have been raving about this place for years. So, when my grandma suggested we pick up our lunch here I was excited to experience something I’ve heard good things about for so long. What a disappointment. The service was so bad. It must have been a bad day because either we were totally ignored or the waitresses were completely rude to us. It was as if we were total nuisances as opposed to paying customers. We were getting our food to-go and not only did it take for-ev-er to get it, we also didn’t get our drinks that we asked for while we waited and we weren’t offered seats or well… anything. Mind you, I don’t care if I’m made to stand for 40 minutes, but I’m with my 80 year old grandmother. The least they could have done is offer us a place to sit or even check in on us ATALL to let us know where our food was in the process. Instead, when a bag of food was placed on the counter next to us, we asked«is this ours?» and were given just a curt«NO.» No, «Yours is coming in a minute» or anything, just«NO.» The food was fiiiine. Not great, not good. Just fine. Definitely not worth the total hassle. I won’t ever be back. Also, there was mold on their food in the display cases in the front.

Not a bargain, but solid. I’ve been here for breakfast several times, and once for lunch. Breakfasts are huge. Even the rye toast is huge. As for the hash browns, the stack is about the size of Togo. But you could easily be looking at $ 35 for two for breakfast. Nice people. Plenty of seating. If you’ve just hit it big in Vegas and are on your way back to Simi Valley, detour. After all, you’re on your way back to Simi Valley.
